在二十一世紀,國家憲法,仍然是一個基礎理念;

普世價值
這是至關重要的是要提高國家憲法的潛在的本職作用;
國家憲法,保留重要的安全責任和保護國家安全,特別是,加強控制和管理模式;
這必須這樣作;
國家憲法也是ㄧ種普遍的機制,然而,這個特殊作用,可以在國家發展過程中,保護國家安全和維護國際安全;
不可否認,國家憲法的改革目標,應該是,讓國家發展來適應一個新的國際環境和改善國家活動,包括,獲得國際支持;
國家憲法的目標是使國家有能力來面對當前全球發展進程;
同時,在國家憲法的基礎上,加強國際法律,或應該是優先工作;
例如:
ㄧ,嚴格遵守國家憲法原則和國際義務和法律,來擬定國家的發展進城和共同利益
二,嚴格利用司法程序來執行和審查,和保障國家憲法機制

可能才是二十一世紀的國家憲法理念

 The concept of the statism in the 21st century/tune three

The national constitution as a foundation of the concept in the 21st century.
The worldwide value.
This is essential to improve the potential of the national constitution and combining character.
The national constitution only to preserve the mainly security responsibility and protect the national security,in particular,strengthen control and management pattern.
This has to do so.
The national constitution is also a general mechanism,however,the special character in the process is distributed to the national development to protect national security and preserve international security.
It cannot denied that the objective of reforming the national constitution should let national development to adapt a new international environment and improve national activities,including, be attained by international support.
The goal of the national constitution makes nation with capability to face to the ongoing in process of the global development .
At the same time,strengthening the international legislation in the national constitution that should be priority work.
For example,such as,
1.Precise observance the principles of the national constitution and international obligations and laws to draw up  progressive development of nation and common value.
2.Precise use of the judicial procedure to enforce and investigate and ensure the national constitution mechanism.

Perhaps that the concept of the national constitution in the 21st century.

應該還是沒有,牽扯上歷史論述;

不可否認,土共和美國,言之有理,國家安全&國家發展是硬道理;

沒有了國家憲法就沒有國家主權,這是也扯不上任何國際法和歷史論述;

大概,也可以同理噫測,雖然,念中文是興趣,但能動國家憲法嗎?好象不可以!

例如:美國聯邦憲法可不是輕易就能捍動!恩!可能是土共固人怨罷了!唉!

課堂論述歸課堂論述,也真是很迷人,但還是女人比較迷人!

就算是歷史再怎麼迷人,但還是蔡英文主席最迷人!

 I do realize I myself may sound cynical about the statement and perhaps I am,actually,it will not be ask us to fight with the China and break promise with the US.

真的好熟悉 cynical /will not be ask , 不過不記得是誰說過的話語?
