4. About the China's defense capability?

In maintaining the defense capability is able to achieve joint operations,in particular,promoting integrated of cooperative relationships to make the military force can quickly and effectively carry out their missions and task.
Therefore,in according to the defense capability to change the scale of national defense.
Because the defense capability and structure must have adequate flexibility,or ,able to be quickly response .
So,as the basis for developing the roles of defense to explain that the ground,maritime and air-force in the defense structures.
1.The ground force structure:
The effective systematic defense operations can be quickly response,must deploy divisions and brigades in a balanced pattern to adapt the nation's  geographical environments and characteristics.
Meanwhile,deploy ground-to-air missile units can defense vital military units , and as well as areas.
Besides,must possess at least functional one unit of the various types of forces to be used for mobile operations.
This is quickly counter aggressions of defense capability.

2.The maritime force structure:
The maritime force must maintain submarine units to provide the surveillance and defense capability,in particular,face at important harbors and straits,including,islands as necessary.

3.The air-force structure:
The defense capability have warning units and aircraft control surveillance throughout national airspace and take immediate and appropriate steps against violations of nation's territorial airspace and air incursions.

4.關於中國的防衛能力

保持防衛能力,能夠實現聯合作戰,特別是,促進統合的合作關係;

以使,軍隊能夠迅速和有效率地,執行任務和使命;
因此,依照防衛能力來修正國家防衛規模;
因為,防衛能力和架構,必須具備足夠靈活性,或能夠快速反應;
所以,在這基礎而實現的防衛角色扮演來說明,防衛結構中的地面,海上和空中武力;
一,地面部隊結構:
有效的防衛作戰系統,要能夠快速反應,必須部署師,旅單位,以一種平衡模式,來適應國家地緣環境和特性;
同時部屬,地對空飛彈部隊,能夠防衛重要部隊和地區;
另外是,必須擁有至少一個單位的不同類型功能部隊,而應用於機動作戰;
這是快速打擊侵略的防衛能力.
二,海面部隊結構:
海面部隊必須保有潛艦部隊,以提供監測和防衛能力,特別是,面對重要港口和海峽或島嶼
三,空中武力結構:
防衛能力擁有預警和控制飛機的能力來監控國家領空,和立刻執行適當手段來打擊侵犯領空.
