It cannot denied that face energy challenge that solar energy,wind and biomass are able to improve efficiency of energy and affection,yet,no single pattern is completely to provide,so,it is still common proceeding.
Do not forget carbon dioxide is a option.
Obviously speaking,it is a nuclear energy partnership in the worldwide,it must strict dialogues to face examination,in particular,nation and experts on institutional system and technical  to achieve the goals,especially,recycling nuclear waste and as well as take an advantage the uranium resource.
It is a technic to prevent use of plutonium.

To sum up,nuclear power can provide reasonable cost to ensure global environmental safety and security,in particular,energy.
