Under the imported international oil supplies of the national security costs,including,imbalance of international trade that would be as intractable as ever before.
Obviously speaking,the large of numbers of the energy options that improved overall energy efficiency,in particular,improved technology.
Improved technology can improve and supply to moderate cost,also including,provide natural gas,oil and the combustion of coal.
Improved technology can provide new energy of well-being for the future.
The operation and conversion that nuclear of the improved technology are well along with others energy,especially,in the in the development process that can provide energy efficiency and intensify energy alternative.

So,the national energy strategy should face that follow:
1,Guarantee a long-term supply of convenient  and reasonably priced of energy, especially , for transportation.
2,Guarantee the nation against disruptions of petroleum imports of reasonable policy for the future.
3,Guarantee that mitigate emissions of carbon dioxide.

After all,any of energy operation are useful,perhaps that only enable one to achieve service,so,the national energy policy contributes a secure and clean of environment,at the same time,guarantee economy development.
It cannot denied that will have out of sort and conflicting results,but,eventually,it will face that these uncertainties,if breakdow to address with these,maybe or not,it will still have influence.
The energy demand can make economic cost of price increases,unless,energy alternative patterns will be actually in available.
So,the critical problems should guarantee that affordable supplies of energy,in particular,guarantee against oil import disruptions of agreement.
Because there is none of energy option will be able to deal with the national energy for long-term requirements.

To sum up,it needs compromise to face opportunities and guarantee that provide energy efficiency .
