Obviously speaking,the supplies of energies have been a major frive power of the National economic growth,in sptie of face the global more higher of the oil price.Because the strong of the supplies of energies are more important keys in the global market.
No matter what the natural gas,petroleum or clean coal,but,unfortunately,there is no energy resourse in the Taiwan,so,it must depended on the import of the energy.In particular, transportation pipeline ,also,as said that:"National lifeline at a sea."
So,National economic growth dependent on natural gas and oil imports and also,quite sensitive to fluctuations in oil and natural gas prices.It cannot denied that the Government would really like to move and take control the National supply of energy,but,it has been tough for sure.
After all,western countries energy technology have not been fully executed.In other words,there is insufficient capability and investment for improving,even,expanding the energy operation.
It cannot denied that some are argumentatives,because energy trends and policies affect the National economic and energy market,including,society welfare,in general.

So,it should consider that operate the strategic methods to control National energy supp;ies,in particualr,reducing the amount of oil available.After all,the investitive environments has been related to be improving,but,it convincingly is now worsening.As clarified incentives and shifted standred of application of technology to face the challenge for the future.


非核家園理念下,如何面對天然氣和原油供應的挑戰?

平心而論,能源供應,一直是國家經濟成長的主要驅動力量;
即使,面對全球高昂的石油價格,因為,強大的能源供應;
還是一個重要的關鍵在全球市場;
不論是,天然氣,石油或乾淨煤,但是呢,台灣一個都沒有;
所以,必須仰賴進口能源;
特別是,運輸管道,也就是說:國家的海上生命線;
所以,國家的經濟增長,依賴於天然氣和石油的進口,也相當容易受石油和天然氣的價格所波動;
不可否認,政府是很想轉移和控制國家的能源供應,但是,應該很困難;
畢竟,西方國家的能源技術尚無充分實行;
換句話說,沒有充足的出口能力和資金來改善,甚至,擴大能源運用;
不可否認,這曾是爭議;
因為,能源趨勢和政策執行影響國家經濟和能源市場;
包括,社會福利;
所以,應該考量以戰略手段來控制國家的能源供應;
特別是,降低原油始用量;
畢竟,這相關於投資環境的改善,但是呢,可能惡化;
是以,明確的轉移和鼓勵的標準應用技術來面對未來能源挑戰!
