瞄未來戰略夥伴關係在兩岸簡單感想篇

As it may imagine that should keep the security and cooperation partnership between both of sides across the Taiwan Strait for the future.Because it is global initiation,in which,in order to upgrading and enhancing security and prosperity,cooperation,and peaceful dialogue.And they are not related to very oldeest history,culture,and philosophy,etc.

Partnership is key characterized to hardly advance cooperation and communication,in a while,as the existent fundament of economic and trade relationship to expand agreement,in order to concern possible implications related and sector priorities,including,secure transportation passageway,and national sovereignty,etc.

Partnership is undet the central government initiative that would be approved by  treaty and agreement,and therefore,they contain legally binding commitments and obligations. The priorities focused on collaborative efforts to both sides relationship,in order to meet challenges and opportunities.

Although,it is unclear what China will be taken any of responsive statement,but,Partnership will provide accomplishments for the future.As the words can imagine that focus the work of partnership in the future,followed:

1,Strengthening bilateral relations competitiveness that focus the work to support integrated supply chains,reduce the cost and trade;strengthen and protect action strategy.
2,Strengthening energy security and environmental protection under the bilateral relations,in which,work together to establish and adapt common framework,in cluding,energy efficiency standards,and share,upguade.
3,Strengthening food and produce safety under the bilateral relations,that strengthening food and product safety standards; regulatory and inspection;cooperation and share mechanism,


In short,strategic partnership is not related to history,culture,and philosophy,etc;for the future,it has to do so. 

或可能想像:未來海峽兩岸應該是保持安全和合作的夥伴關係;

因為它是全球倡議,其目的是升級和加強,安全,穩定,合作與和平對話;
這類是不相關於老掉牙的歷史,文化和哲學,等等;

夥伴關係是關鍵特點來努力地促進合作與交流,同時,以現有的經濟和貿易基礎來擴大協議,關注可能產生的相關優先事件和其影響,包括,安全運輸管道和國家主權,等等;

夥伴關係是中央政府的倡議下和簽定的條約和協議;
因此,包含,具有法律約束力的的承諾與義務;
重點努力在優先等級的合作在雙邊關係,共同面對挑戰和機會;

雖然,不清楚中共將會不會採取任何回應聲明;
但夥伴關係將提供未來的主要成就:
是以文字想像未來夥伴關係的工作重點是,或如:

一,加強雙邊關係競爭力,重點支持一體化的供應鏈,降低成本和交易加強和保護行動戰略;
二,加強雙邊關係下的能源安全和環境保護,同步,建構和協調,共同框架,包括,能源標準和分享,升級;
三,加強雙邊關係下的食品和產品安全,加強食品和產品安全標準,監管和檢察,合作與分享機制;

總之,戰略夥伴關係是不相關歷史,文化和哲學等等,在未來,它必須要作.
