其實,這應該是愛爾蘭症候群;話說三根LP,早給全球各重量級,諸如,外交等學者,所蹉破神話;

是以,能當上國家元首,真不過是僥倖?後續之國家發展,還在後頭,也可以說是未定之數;

又豈能套用在台灣?單是歐豬危機,十年還未必能解決?

崇尚文學,應儘是個人嗜好,又有何德何能走上國會殿堂論述國家未來戰略發展前瞻和視域呢?

或論國防建設,或論軍事技術,或論經濟發展,環境保護,甚或,人口政策,任一樣都非詩人能窺知一

二;特別是,國家安全和國土安全一詞?

不爽乎?請詩人們透過自由時報系說一說:What is the National Security?

所以,簡單來說:別鬧了!還憂心?憂自己的退休金倒還實在!

難怪,民進黨老挨罵?就是有這類井底蛙,拖累民進黨?實話是回象牙塔吧!

除了玩挑撥和分裂?詩人們懂甚麼呢?

感想概論:
甚麼是國家安全需要?
平心而論,這類關鍵,不相關文化,哲學,包括,正義,特別是,歷史和詩人,因為沒有價值;
不可否認,不會保護我們的國家,所以,國家安全取決於面對全球趨勢和挑戰未來;
簡單來說,必須保證政治自由和獨立,保證國家和民眾的價值思維,同時,保證,國家主權,國土安全,國家體系,格外是,保護民眾的生命安全和生活幸福;
所以,保證和保護國家和民眾的繁榮和幸福,然而,這類應該是如:

一,國家政治穩定取決於面對全球政治和經濟挑戰和威脅
國家利益是加強國家實力的穩定來面對全球,畢竟,威脅帶來挑戰;這是需要一個有效的反應,特別是,建構專業和穩定的軍事能力;
二,國家生存
國家軍事能力的作用是保護國家和民眾不受任何威脅,特別是,國際恐怖主義和下個階段的打擊暴力歷史極端主義,格外是,歷史,社會和經濟,改變人口穩定的影響;另外是,大規模殺傷性武器的擴散,可能是國家的主要威脅;
因此,國家必須擁有適當的攻擊和防衛能力來保護國家和民眾共同來面對威脅;因為威脅可能破壞國家經濟動力和活力價值思維和體系,特別是,顛覆;所以,國家生存的決心是國家的軍事能力來協助保護國家和民眾免於受威脅;
三,國土安全
國土安全因素不能獨立考量,因為是相互聯繫;這是相關於整體的國家安全;首先,必須要認知國家安全是動態進程來面對未來變化和全球戰略現實,可能會影響特定的團體和個人利益,但是這必須要作;
民眾必須了解國家的安全,因為這是責任來保護國界不受攻擊,特別是,國防部,必須協助民眾來了解任何威脅,民眾的生命和財產,不論是任何威脅來源;
四,全球互信和穩定合作
所謂全球互信關係是促進全球相互依存關係來保證全球政治安排和穩定民主自由;簡單來說,這是聯合其他國家的合作關係,格外是,安全夥伴關係,共同維護全球穩定;
互信和穩定,合作是國家能力,共同促進穩定民主,和平解決衝突,包括,人道主義;換句話說,這是國家核心思維,同步保持國家技術模式來促進科學和技術的進步和經濟發展,同時,發展安全夥伴的相互運作性;
互信和穩定,合作也促進,資訊交流,共同促進國家安全和經濟繁榮,全球合作,降低緊張狀態;

安全改變面對在下個十年的二十一世紀,平心而論,如果選擇適當的未來戰略思維,這應該是不可能,當然耳,也不相關於歷史和文學詩人;
經驗!所以,不能苛責民進黨和蔡英文主席;簡單來說,這是國家的聯合作戰,共同來面對未來安全環境的改變和挑戰;

如果,僅就當時的台灣關係決議應該僅是說明領導地位;換句話說,不是下個十年的替代戰略,所以,適當的模式是保證和保護未來的安全環境來提供發展進程的技術和思維,可能在那個時候能夠實現適合的戰略?
當時的台灣關係決議的安全安排,不足以面對未來的挑戰新型態的安全關係,必須要有能力來有效面對新的挑戰;

歷史等,不會保護我們的國家,所以,在未知十年的時間框架裡,國家需要有轉變來準備國家安全結構?

security,national system,especially,protect the lives safety and life well-being of
people.
So,promise and protect the prosprtity and well-being pf the nationa and its
people,yet,these concepts should as:
1,Nation of political stability depends on the face global political and economic
challenges and threats.
The National interests are improved national power stability to face global,after
all,thtrats can bring challenge;and this will need an effective response,in
particular,establishing specialized and powerful military capabilities.
2,National survival
The role of the national military capabilities protects nation and people from anythreats,in particular,international terrorism and next steps of fight the violence
extremism,especially,history.Of course,social and economic changes,and effects of
demographic,moreover,the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.Perhaps that
National the primary threats.
Therefore,central government must have the appropriate offensive and defensive
capabilities to protect nation and people that work together to face threat.Because
threat may destroy national ecomonic power and viability,concept value and
system,in particular,subversion.
So,National survival determination is the national military capability to be able to
support in protecting the nation and people from threats.
3,Homeland security
The conditions of the homeland security cannot be considered in isolation.Because
they are interrelated,and related to overall of the national security.At first,it must
acknowledge that the national security is dynamic process to face future change and
global strategic realities.It may affect the interests of the specific groups and
person,but,it has to do so.
People must understand and feel secure in our own nation.Because it is an
responsibility to protect the borders against attack,in particular,the Department of
defense must help people to understand any of threat to people of lives and
property,no matter what any of threat source.
4,Global confidence and stable cooperation
So-called the global confident relationship promote global interdependence to
promise the global political arrangements and stable the democracy and
freedom.Simply speaking,it will joint with other countries cooperative
repationship,especially,security partnership which to work together to keeping global
stability.
Confidence and stable cooperation is the National capabilities,to work together to
promote stability,democratization, peaceful resolution of
conflicts,including,humanitarian.In other words that it may be the core of the national
concept.In other words that,at the same steps to keeping national technique pattern to
promote the advancement of science and technology and economic development,in a
while,developing the interoperability with security partnership.
Confidence and stable cooperation are also foster the exchange of infornation that we
can work together to promote the national security and economic prosperity, global
cooperation,reduce tensions.Obviously speaking,they are not related to a word of
justice.
Secure change to face in next decade for 21st century.
Obviously speaking,if selecting strategy concept appropriate for the future,and it will
impossible.Of course,it is not related to historical experience,so,cannot condemns the
DDP and Chairwoman 蔡英文;Simoly speaking,it will be the National JointOperation that we can work together to face future security environment change and
challenge.
These are wide reang of discussion to explain the pattern of national engagement.In
particular,facing the degree of threat was varied,and how nation was prepared to
defend ours homeland.
If it is only as Taiwan relations resolution at that time that should drive leadership.In
other words,not alternative strategy for next decade.So,the appropriate pattern is
promising and protecting the future of security environment to provide developing
process and concepts,perhaps that necessary to achieve whenever the most
appropriate strategy at that time.
As Taiwan relations resolution at that time of security arrangements will not face the
challenges of the future.New pattern of secure relationshiip must have the ability to
respond effectively to new challenges.History cannot protect our country,and so on.
So,in the unknowns of the decade time frame,nation focused on the need for
transformation,and how best to prepare national security structures.

國民黨本質沒變 詩人吳晟︰讓馬下台 才會真正反省

〔自由時報記者顏宏駿／溪州報導〕詩人吳晟在上次總統大選以「我的憂心」一文，道出他對於國民黨威權、黑金政權復辟的憂慮，昨天吳晟重提「我的憂心」。他說，四年前馬英九獲得台灣空前的民意支持，不僅沒有利用機會從事改革，反而仗恃著民意絕對多數，讓國民黨威權、黑金、貪腐的本質更變本加厲，如果明年再讓馬連任，台灣土地的價值終將淪喪，社會的公義、真理將被扭曲；只有讓馬下台，才能讓國民黨真正反省。

吳晟希望大家用「教育下一代」、「檢視馬執政三年多成績」思考，來決定手中的這一票。

吳晟指出，四年前馬英九當選之夜，當時的國民黨主席吳伯雄「謙卑執政」言猶在耳，但近四年來，馬英九仗恃著七百多萬票的選票、國會四分之三的席次，取代吳伯雄黨主席的位子，馬成為歷任總統中最有資格進行國民黨內改革的領導人，但如今國民黨黨產依舊以數百億計；黨內派系依然盤根錯節，分食上面分下來的政治利益；諸多國民黨籍候選人賄選積習未改，手法越見細膩。

吳晟表示，回顧馬執政三年多來，發生許多匪夷所思的事情，苗栗大埔農地事件，政府開著推土機把農民的莊稼摧毀，許多地區的農民，土地被政府強行徵收，毫無公理、正義可言；陳雲林來台，人民不得拿國旗，警察強悍侵入民宅還揮拳打人，威權統治再現；堂堂一個行政院長口無遮攔，竟說「白海豚會轉彎」、「無薪假可拿諾貝爾獎」之語，如今還可以選副總統，「這樣的國民黨，本質有改變嗎？」

馬的政策遠離土地、遠離人民

吳晟指出，馬的政策遠離土地、遠離人民，兩億元打造「夢想家」形塑的是統治者的思維，建國百年的文化經費與北韓那種政治宣傳沒有兩樣，這種文化的本質不是來自土地，而是服膺於統治者，讓統治者更容易愚民。

他說，四年來，台灣貧富差距、城鄉差距越來越大，島內多年的沉痾未解，地方只見馬政府盡做些小恩小惠的綁樁工程，中央除了口號和數字很多外，人民看不到馬英九究竟要把台灣帶向何方？

吳晟說，四年前他在國民黨贏得立院四分之三席次後，寫下「我的憂心」一文，希望國人思考一個無人可以駕御的黨國體制，後來果然一語成讖，四年過去，所有的質疑，不僅一一應驗，黨國威權、黑金、貪腐的本質反而更變本加厲。吳晟憂心的說，如果這樣的總統能再連任，代表國家領導人只要懂得選舉，不用關心弱勢，不用從事改革，就能勝過一切，這樣的社會已經沒有公理、正義可言。
