國家安全和經濟發展

首先,應該要強調國家安全,必須是在安全環境下;
所以,擴大和加強關於國家安全的討論;

國家應該保持甚麼樣的經濟和軍事,特別是,民主價值思維;
畢竟,如全球金融危機早已經強調國家支出和如何提供工作機會和收入,來對抗支出和威脅;

The national economy policy has always provided the funds and resources to protect economic security for most people.

In spite of the nation has long been in the sort to take care of rich people,in particular,national security.

However,to face the national economy policy ,as unemployment,which should have been seen as domestic problems

Also,it must separate from national security.

It cannot denied that,yet,the worldwide has already changed,in particular, the China is rising.

Followed studies,so called that the nation's hard power should make the economy entered into the national security area,at the same time,its depends also on soft
power,because the nation is able to operate national economic power and expand national values concept.

It is a long-term of strategic deployment,especially,foster national ability and through to promote and innovate national economy grows.

The national economic growth depends on fostering people of talent and capital,also,including,technology and innovation.

In addition,the national soft power also enables nation to show values concept through diplomacy, economic technology assistance to promote democracy
development,in particular,China.

So,national security is achieved by national economy,its a enabled power.

Of course,national security and economy growth also depends on the congress operation.

Simply put,most hardworking costs of Taiwaneses' have disappeared,too.Because the historical island has talked too much.

It cannot denied that they are irresponsible and wrong.

As meet national economic crises,even,globe,that may accept debt,but,the future of national strategic developing vision must be full effect in the national policies.

The past of achievements were the facts.In particular,under the national loyalty,enterprises and Taiwanese are working together to creating jobs
opportunities.

They have been historical stories since 1970s,20th century.

So,for now,Taiwan's enterprises will understand that,what the definition of the national loyalty,will not it?

So,we should discuss about how to move forward?

Especially,to establish a future blueprint for national strategic development.

We seek the recoverable of MIT,and technique of Taiwan's workmen,and Taiwan's value concept,and than,recover national economic pattern.

After all,the historic logic has been over,as we cannot go back,and should not go back,also.

The future blueprint for national strategic development will recover the national conventional industries.It cannot denied that,this is national ability.

Especially,the local industries should have texfree,however,the money must use on training for workers,and new of factory buildings and equipments.

The national conventional industries is national superiority,while it comes to accessing national funding and markets .

Simply put,it will be national promise for the future,in which,to said that:"we are winner".

These are not related to history,culture and philosophy,so on.

Creating local jobs opportunities of the local industries should have tax-free to rewarding.In fact,it is simple.

Because it is making easier for good of Taiwan's products to sell over the global.And continuing to open market for Taiwan's products.

I have heard from many of business leaders of explainations under the individual free speech,and it cannot denied that who forgot,what a word of national loyalty is?

Because national loyalty is also including science and technology of upgrading and innovation,in a while,understanding ten thousands of people who wants jobs.

Yet,these are not related to very oldest of history,culture and philosophy,so on.

Cooperative partnership can help the national conventional industries that looks at their progress for the future.

Train everyone with skills and many of industries under the national commitment.

These are being built and operated by partnership.

By the same token,because everyone is owning jobs opportunities.

As teach people skills.

It is time to turn people unemployment who will re-train.These are Mechanisms and Responsibilities.

Mechanisms and Responsibilities can help industries and people that gain opportunities.

In other words,today,open of national loyalty will be ready for the national commitment of tomorrow.
