面對第二個十年的二十一世紀的挑戰,即使,改變國家力量,但是,也要改變新的國家軍事戰略結構;

雖然,面臨縮編和國防預算不足;

整合和選擇來改造國家軍事結構,使其能夠執行新的國家軍事戰略,以充分的準備來對戰新時代的全球環境

國家軍事戰略的核心目標是一類國家力量,必須同步進行,特別是,面對中國,換言之

保持威嚇的國家力量結構

所以,基本上,國家軍事戰略,應該是強調如:

一,留住優秀的戰略人才,不論是,男性或女性,但不是歷史,文化或哲學等,和透過實際訓練,這是國家軍事戰略成功因素之一

二,強化國家軍事能力,特別是戰略機動能力來保護國家海上生命線;

三,重組國家軍事戰略的平衡基礎

保持適當的整合力量來提供多功能性選擇面對威脅和挑戰

簡單來說,作戰部隊是國家的能力平衡,格外是,現役部隊,這是國家軍力的主要結構

也是社會穩定的依賴

今天,國家軍事戰略的主張就是面對危機和防止侵略

這是國家優勢

因為這是強調新的國家軍事戰略是以選擇性參與和靈活性來面對挑戰

這是國家責任和能力來保證國家和社會穩定,民眾幸福

 

Under the national military strategic concepts,what is the national military capabilities?

As face the challenges for second decades of 21st century ,and despite,changing
national power,but also,rebuilding new structure of the national military
strategy.Although,it has been confronted with drawdown and lack of the national defence budget.
Integrate and select to rebuild the national military structure that will be able to
execute new of the national military strategy,as use fully prepared for the challenges new era of global environment.
The core objectives of the national military strategy is a national power,it must be
concurrently,in particular,face China.In other words,keeps the national power structure for deterrence.
So,fundamentally,the national military strategy should be place emphasize on that:
1,Keep high quality peopke,no matter what the men and women are,but,they are not history,culture and philosophy,and so on.And through realistic training,in which,there is one of success conditions for the national military strategy.
2,Intensify National military capabilities,in particular,National strategic mobility capability to protect National lifeline at a sea.
3,Rebuild balance of foundation for National military strategy.
Keeps an appropriate of integrated power to provide the versatility options that will face threats and challenges.
Simply speaking,combat forces is National balanced power,especially,active dutyforces.

They are the major structure for National military force,also,society stability is dependent on it.
Today,The position of National military strategy is responding to crises and deterring aggression.

This is National superiorit.

Becaus these emphasizes that new of National military strategy is that,as selective engagement and
flexibility to face challenge.
