Viewing the current of Taiwan's nuclear power disputation,indeed,nuclear power related problems,including,economics,waste management as well as people concerns toward nuclear power of security,but,台灣窮小子 is in accordance with study many countries reports,which used as article and provided a simply explanation.It cannot denied that this is stupid of history and culture,that they do not absolutely understand the future technology-an interdisciplinary integration.
Obviously speaking,for the next many decades,we are only a few realistic energy options,in which,their war-fighting objective may upgrade efficiency in electricity and operate,intensify use of renewable energy sources,in particular,reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
For example,such as,we have already known wind, solar, biomass,and geothermal,clean coal,or increase use of nuclear power.
These are just energy options of integrations,and not related to history and culture,even,U.S.,or R.O.C. Former President Mr.Chen.
It cannot denied that national energy deployment gathers together with the scientific consensus which is not related to age-old history and culture,and I believe that Taiwan will eventually join with other countries in the effort to do so.
In my view,nuclear power is likely to option that we will also need a option,in particular,at this time to reject it.Moreover,it will be mistake to national energy management strategy,especially,carbon dioxide.
In turn,we should effort to seek estimations and developments war-fighting action that can be taken as lower-costs to meeting global energy needs,and in an environmentally acceptable model in the future,besides,we maintain national nuclear power as one of the significant strategic-option amd force.
At the same time,there is more increasingly concern about nuclear power security,indeed,it is allowed,and because of we cannot allowed historical-cultural violence extremism and terrorism attack national nuclear power facilities and transportation of security.
According with the limited prospects for nuclear power should be as followed:
Nuclear power is future progress cost competitive superiority,now,rather than natural gas and clean coal.
Although.historical experiences have proved that nuclear power perceived harmful to environment and security,in particular,the 1979 Three Mile Island and 1986 Chernobyl reactor accidents,even,accidents at fuel cycle facilities in the Japan of 2011.
Another is that global unresolved challenges in long-term management of radioactive wastes.Perhaps that pretexts are attacked by stupid of history and culture.Because of they have never known about integrative war-fighting superiority.
Nuclear power will be affluent vision with global economic development.
In fact,we preserve the nuclear power option for national energy strategic deployment for the future.Simply put,nuclear power will be source of power for national security and economic competitiveness.Despite that nation will face nuclear wastes,srcurity and cost of challenges,but,it will keep superiority option for the future.These are not related to age-old of history and culture.
New nuclear generating plants are also built in more increasingly of countries,for examole,such as: France and India,which strategic definition are upgrating,and challenge.
Under the nuclear power will be affluent vision with global economic development,nuclear power is national commitment for the future,including,Japan,Korea, and Taiwan.These are national energy war-fighing superiority and deployment.Perhaps that national energy war-fighting capabilities will be 1000 megawatt-electric capacity reactors in 2050.These are not related to age-old of history and culture.
In other words,we face glowing global economic developments,that will require each governments to take actions,and upgrade the economic viability of nuclear power.
Advanced nuclear power operations may achieve a reasonable extent of national strategic-warfighting ability ; but their development needs constant assessment so as to minimize secure degree to reduce threats and risks.
For example,such as:women are likely to nuclear powe - 「endless source power」, however,they are dangerous,but who are starting our wisdom deployment.
Women are not related to age-old of history and culture.
Finally,somewhat,we should re-understand national strategic definition of nuclear power that will minimize to reduce dangerous of attraction,in which,in order to nuclear power deployment as national significant an option for dealing with global energy and environmental challenges.

當前的台灣核能爭議,其實,就與核電相關的問題,包括,經濟,核廢料管理與民眾對安全關切;
不過,台灣窮小子依據研讀多國報告後,以文字提供一個簡單說明;
不可否認,這是頑固的歷史與文化,完全不了解明日的技術-多學科整合!
平心而論在,未來幾十年,僅有少數幾類現實的能源選項,;

其作戰目標,可能是提升發電效能,與運用強化再生能源的利用,特別是,降低二氧化碳排放!
或如:我們已經知道風力,太陽能,生物能與地熱,乾淨煤,或增加使用核電!
這類僅是能源選項的整合,不相關於歷史與文化,甚至,美國,或,中華民國前總統陳水扁先生!
不可否認,國家能源部署是集合科學共識;

我相信,台灣,最終,也將與其他國家一起努力做!
在我看來,核能是可能的選項,我們也將需要的一類選項,特別是,這個時候,排除它!
因此,它將是國家能源管理策略的錯誤,格外是,二氧化碳!
反之.我們應該努力在追尋.評估與發展.這是可採行的作戰行動;
以低成本滿足全球能源需求與環境可接納模式在未來;
並且,保有國家核能的重大策略選項與實力!

同時,越來越多的關注在核能安全,其實,這是允許;
因為我們不能容許,極端歷史與文化暴力主義與恐怖主義攻擊國家核能設施與運輸管道的安全性!

端視,核能發電的前瞻有限,應該僅是,或如:
核能發電的成本是未來進行式,而不是,現在的天然氣與乾淨煤的競爭優勢!
雖然,歷史經驗已經證明認為,核能是有害於環境與安全;
特別是,古老的美國三厘島與蘇聯車諾堡意外事件,甚至2,011年日本燃料循環設施的意外事故!
另外是,全球長期放射性核廢物管理的挑戰;
可能,這是頑固的歷史與文化的攻擊藉口,因為它們從來不知道作戰整合優勢!

核能與全球經濟發展的繁榮視域

事實上,保留核能選項是未來的國家能源策略佈署;
簡單來說,核能是未來國家安全與經濟競爭力的原始動力;
即使,國家將面對核廢物,安全與成本挑戰,但這是保持未來的優勢選項;
這是不相關於古老的歷史與文化!

新電廠的建立,也將出現在越來越多的國家,或如:法國與印度,其戰略定義是升級與挑戰!
在核能與全球經濟發展的繁榮視域下,核能部署是未來國家承諾,包括,日本,韓國與台灣;
這是全球能源作戰優勢與部署,可能在2050年1000兆瓦電力容量反應爐,這將是國家能源作戰能力;
這是不相關於古老的歷史與文化!

換句話說,面對全球經濟發展成長,將會要求各國政府採取行動升級核能的經濟生存能力!
先進核能運用是可以達到合理程度的國家戰略作戰能力;
它們的發展,需要不斷的評估,以最大安全度來降低威脅與風險!

或如:女人,一如核能,永無止盡的動力,雖然危險,但是,啟動我們的智慧部署!
女人是不相關於古老的歷史與文化!

最後是,我們應該重新認識核能的國家戰略定義;
這將極大地降低危險吸引力;

核能部署以作為解決全球能源和環境挑戰的一個國家重大選項!
