Technology change world,this is a worldwide modeling trends study,however,plus ending of history of projections based on analytical in the nation's strategic definition that global style of technological change.
This is not related to the age-old of the history and culture,in other words,new modeling brainstorm is in the natonal integrative strategy.
Historical and cultural models are no values in the national prospective deployment for the future.
The limited mode's history and culture deployed spaces often lacked of consistency in their integrative war-fighting concepts - no assumptions and no independently developed capability.
