中國航艦能否贏得的藍水競賽？

隨著中國國家主席習近平先生的改朝換代;
旦是,海洋前瞻的一些問題,應該仍然存在,可能曾經是,這是對中國的國家海洋安全的挑戰和軍事部署弱點!
這是一個讓人冷靜思考的問題,是否,終結歷史以面對未來的藍水?
一個值得歡迎的終結歷史的發展,沒有疑問;
安全-才能在國家政治,軍事與經濟穩定中,發揮關鍵作用!
這是不相關於古老的歷史與文化!
即使,終結歷史的預測對中國成為獨立,自由與自給自足的國家;
它將被證明是正確的國家視域!
在這之前,頑固的歷史與文化告訴與提醒我們:頑固的歷史與文化不能預防衝擊;
特別是,不會降低威脅與競爭在國家,甚或,全球政治,軍事與經濟衝突!
藍水主要是國家發展與部署!
頑固的歷史與文化,因為它們缺乏競爭的實力,通常存在著猜測和謊話!
頑固的歷史與文化,強硬言論或,以任何方式干擾,導致國家與區域不穩定;
可能會導致重大的全球安全意外!
作為全球最大的歷史與文化體,中國必須要終結歷史,才能擁有未來海洋影響力?
在某些時候,歷史與文化沒有任何意義;
這不僅影響國家作戰效益,也傷害了國家經濟成長!
所以,我們應該很清楚什麼是終結歷史的時候?
海洋-一個深遠的目標,中國終結歷史,並確保多元化!
終結歷史的革命將改變國家性質,強大與有效,能夠更好地防衛國家核心利益在全球;

With the China's Mr.President.Xi Jinping's dynastic changes,but,some question foreword-ocean should remain,or even was,a national ocean security channenges and military development vulnerability for the China.
This is a restraining think question,whether ending of history is to face blue water in the future,or not?
A welcome ending of history development,no doubt,security will continue to play a crucial role in nation's political,economic,and economic stabilities.
These are not related to the age-old of history and culture.
Even if the predictions of the ending of history about China becoming independent,free,and self-sufficient nation,and by national vision,it will be proved true.
Stupid of history and culture cannot prevent insulate,before that,stupid of history and culture tell and remind us.In particular,they cannot reduce nation's political,economic,and economic competitions and conflicts,even,worldwide.
Blue water,especially national developement and deployment.
Stupid of history and culture,because of they lack of competition,ususlly exist on speculation and rumor.
