端視新模式海洋視域,或將重新整合與平衡,國家海軍部署策略重點;

簡單來說,具體化新模式海軍實現在未來的安全目標!

雖然,雙船體在操作和戰術層面,擁有不可否認的理由!

然而,事實上,我們必須有足夠數量的高效作戰能力的傳統艦來支持運行與備戰任務;

同時,擁有及時,快速反應讓它成為一個習慣!

傳統艦的作戰能力是實現戰術和戰略目標,以發揮最大的目的與終結!

然而,雙船體僅是不同的軍事硬體;

如果,依照海軍存在原則 - 在那裡的設備,沒有戰術目的與手段的特點!

因此,雙船體根本不會完成,當前或未來的安全目標!

是以,海軍應該認識到傳統艦才是提供給海軍部隊的作戰能力與優勢;

他們將能夠強化國家的安全願景在未來日子裡;

而不是笑話的航空母艦殺手一詞!

然而,對海軍作戰能力與模式,不能狹隘地看到雙船體的藝術,或結束;

相反,我們應該承認傳統艦是提供實在的利益影響力和反應能力來面對國家安全;

它不是其他作戰平台所比擬!

簡單來說,新模式的國家海軍的存在與使命是提供即時的作戰能力與國家安全要求;

而不是糟糕的歷史與文化,特別是,強化陸軍武力!

另一個是,新模式的國家海軍不需要外交批准在國際水域執行任務,特別是,省錢!

舉例來說,馬來西亞航空公司370航機,與克里米亞危機的地區緊張局勢!

畢竟,大規模駐軍,肯定會激起糟糕的歷史與文化的不爽,可能會削弱,更廣泛的安全目標,與增加龐大的部署經費;

另言之,新模式的國家海軍武力,將有助於在太平洋,我們的國家-台灣的安全重點,在可預見的未來!

舉例來說,傳統艦能夠超過3000海浬,進行目測和雷達搜索;

直升機使用,也能夠在二十四小時,搜索10000平方海浬 - 省錢與時間!

海軍是無處不在;

傳統艦能夠阻止軍事侵略,並確保我們的國家與夥伴,保障海上生命線,與保留資源權利!

這不是雙船體能做得到任務!

換句話說,如果,台灣一個海洋國家-希望保留國家影響力,建立外交管道與控制能力;

海軍的應變能力才是一個堅定的國家安全承諾,而不是糟糕的歷史與文化!

最後是,雙船體是浪費錢;

According with new model of sea vision,that we will be probably to focus of the National Navy deplolyed strategy to as re-integration and rebalance.Put simply,it has crystalized among new model of Navy achieve its security goals in the future.
Although,dual-hull is at the operational and tactical levels which is irrefutable reason.
However,indeed,we must have an enough number of highly-capable conventional warships to support operating and ready for mission.Meanwhile,we keep the timely,rapidly response to which it has become adapted.
Conventional warships and their capabilities are used to achieve tactical and strategic objectives,in which,in order to play biggest goal and end.
However,dual-hull is just different military hardware,if it follows principles of naval presence -  an device is being there,and it has no characteristic of tactical goals and means.
As a result,dual-hull will not achieve current or future security objectives.
As Navy should recognize that conventional warships are still providing war-fighting capabilities and superiorities to naval forces who will be able to strengthen National security prospects in the future,rather than,ridiculous word of "killer of air-carrier".
However,we must not narrowly see dual-hull as Art to end Naval war-fighting capability and model.
Rather,we should acknowledge that conventional warships are to provide substantial benefit,influence,and responsiveness to face National Security.It is being unmatched by other war-fighting platform.
Put simply,new model of National Navy presence mission is to provide real-time war-fighting capability,and National Security requirement,rather than,stupid of history and cultrue.In particular,they can intensify Army forces.
Another is that new model of National Navy require no diplomatic approval to execute mission in the international waters,especially,save money.
For instance,Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 , and regional tensions in Crimea crisis.
After all,large-scale garrisoned forces will stoked feeling out-of-sort by stupid of history and culture,and that can weaken broader security objectives,and increases enormous deployed budget.
In turn,new model of National Navy force will help the outlook in the Pacific where our Nation-Taiwan security focus will be for the predictable future.
For instance,the conventional warships can passed through more than 3,000 miles processing visual and radar searches ; also,helicopters used to sift through 10,000 square nautical miles - save money and time.
The Navy is omnipresent in everyelse.The conventional warships can deter military aggression and ensure our Nation,and partners,and protects sea life lines,and keeps the right to resources.
This mission is not dual-hull to do so.
In other words,if Taiwan -a maritime nation whose wants to keep National influence,create diplomatic pipelines,and control ability,so,Navy's resilience will be still soild National security commitment,rather than stupid of history and culture.
