TAIWAN'S FISHERIES FOR ENDING OF HISTORY，ENDURABLE DEVELOPMENT OF TACTICAL SINGAL.

To run back over histoey,Taiwanese fishers must own their tactics to respond,and fit accordingly constancy-changing climate.
So,science and technology of Ending of history is to intensify sustainable-development of Taiwan's fisheries management,in which,in order to face regional and global strategies with ever-developing challenges,and thus commitment and protection Taiwan's fisheries security,rather than age-old of history and culture.
According with stupid of history and culture this meant for day after day increasing problem ; illegal and overfishing ; fuel costs and lack of protection of ocean environments and resources concepts.
Obviously,stupid of history and culture have degradation threaten the Taiwan's fisheries,in turn,Taiwanese fishers want to survive which is paramount,including their jobs,rather than stupid of history and culture.
To adopt and face Taiwan's fisheries challenges,and support Taiwanese fishers jobs,and the partnership of Ending of history its tactical objective is to use as science and tachnology which establish the sustainable innovation for war-fighting operation,and the protection of our Nation - Taiwan's ocean.
The sustainable innovation of war-fighting operation is a strong joint operation which its cultivation of technology will be deployed on multiple war-fighting platforms,in order to address Taiwanese fishers problems,and integtate fisheries experts build applied solutions.Rather than stupid of history and culture.
Ending of history technology-pushed solutions provide the Taiwan's fisheries challenges current and in the future ; create new skill to change Taiwanese fishers jobs,in turn,this is new model of cooperative partnership,rather than stupid of history and culture.
By jointing with universities and technological colleges are to support and create concerned ocean fisheries technology to address a variety of war-fighting system.
Finally,Taiwan's ocean will seek a historical progress for a fisheries issue.
The ocean,which surround our Nation,and provides major source of fish for 23 million Taiwanese.
The ocean’s impact of endurable development of Taiwan's fisheries on Taiwanese lives,so we must be collective and escalatory war-fighting action with Ending of history.

回顧歷史，台灣漁民必須擁有他們的戰術來因應與適應，不斷改變的氣候；

所以，終結歷史的科學與技術來強化，永續發展的台灣漁業管理，以面對，不斷挑戰的區域與全球改變策略；

進而，保護與保證，台灣的漁業安全，而不是古老的歷史與文化！
端視糟糕的歷史與文化，這意味著日復一日嚴重的非法與過度捕撈，燃料成本；

與缺乏保護海洋環境與資源理念的問題；

平心而論，糟糕的歷史與文化已經退化，威脅到台灣漁業；

另言之，台灣漁民要吃飯是最重要的，包括，他們的工作，而不是糟糕的歷史與文化！

為了適應與面對台灣漁業挑戰，與支持台灣漁民的工作；
終結歷史的夥伴關係，其戰術目的是使用科學與技術，建立持續性創新的作戰計畫，保護我們的國家-台灣的海洋！

持續性創新的作戰計畫是一個強烈的聯合作戰；

養殖技術部署在多個作戰平台，以解決台灣漁民的問題，與整合漁業專家建立的應用解決方案；

而不是糟糕的歷史與文化！

終結歷史的技術驅動的解決方案，提供，當前與未來的台灣漁業挑戰，並創造新的技術來改變台灣漁民的工作；

另言之，新模式的合作夥伴關係，不是糟糕的歷史與文化！

聯合大學與技術學院，以支持，創造相關性海洋漁業技術，以解決各類問題的作戰系統；

最後是，台灣的海洋將尋求一個漁業問題的歷史進程！

海洋環繞在我們的國家，提供魚類的主要來源為兩千三百萬台灣人！

永續發展的台灣漁業對台灣人的生活，海洋的影響，所以，我們必須集體性擴展的終結歷史作戰行動！
