讓人聯想的歷史與文化的戰爭景致－伊拉克民眾，遠離，暴力衝突的歷史與文化，移動到較安全的地區；

是謂歷史與文化是多麼地顧人怨！

事實上，超過數以百萬伊拉克人，沒有家園-流離失所！

因為這種情況發生，自（ISIS）伊拉克與敘利亞的伊斯蘭國，在今年開始，爆發叛亂；

可憐的是，流離失所看起來比過去更複雜！
ISIS的戰士以，普遍不爽的心態，針對在巴格達的什葉派主導的政府，

同時，以軍事優勢已經快速和殘酷接管北方國土，並建立一個伊斯蘭哈里發的伊斯蘭國；

一個伊斯蘭哈里發的伊斯蘭國，要求所有的穆斯林，宣誓效忠它，與依據，奇怪的教義與發動全球聖戰！

另外是，不安全與逐步擴大的暴力，也是意味著外人很困難地介入；

無論是伊拉克國家武力很困難地控制與恢復秩序！

大多數伊拉克民眾現在害怕回到他們的家園；

另言之，一類新型態的種族淨化運動；

特別是，ISIS利用強迫婚姻的婦女以及強姦，或增加受不了的國際難民！

所有的事實都表明歷史與文化的獸性，現在是時候來發現新的解決方案！

另外是，伊拉克民眾是好客與豪爽在台灣窮小子的全球經驗，或類似台灣的高雄民眾；

所以，很顯然地，實際支持，不能夠是拿歷史與文化說說而已，需要以幫助伊拉克應對這個危機！

In a war-sight reminiscent of history and culture,Iraqis are far away from violent conflict of history and culture,whom moved into safer areas.
How so-called the history and culture drives people insane!
In fact,more than millions Iraqis have been no homeland - they are destitute and homeless.
Since a situation has happened from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS),and they have fired off insurgence at the start of this year.
Sorrowfully,this displacement looks like it will be even more complicated than even before.
ISIS fighters have been taking mentality of feeling out-of-sort to fight against the Shia-led government in Baghdad,at the same time,taking military superiority have rapidly and brutally taken over Northern territory in order to establish an Islamic Caliphate.
An Islamic Caliphate is demanding that all Muslims pledge allegiance it,and in accordance with unusual doctrine,and call into action of global jihad.
In addition to insecurity,and the escalation in violence mean that outside intervenes toughly.No matter what the Iraq's National force has controlled and regained toughly orders.
Most Iraqis are now fearing returning to their homeland,in turn,new style of an ethnic cleansing movement.In particular,ISIS is as well as raped and imposed forced marriages on women,or is increasing overwhelmed with international refugees.
All these facts brutalization of history and culture that it is time to look for new solutions.
Moreover,the Iraqi people are hospitality and generosity in 台灣窮小子's global experiences,or are similarly to Taiwan,Kaohsiung's people,so it is clear that practical support, not just words with holding history and culture,is needed to help Iraq response with this crisis.
