俄羅斯總統普丁的不爽與反擊

克里米亞危機，現在，可能嚴重地影響美國與俄羅斯關係；

特別是，延襲古老的制裁！
俄羅斯總統普丁可能蓄勢待發，反擊笑話的制裁，當然，中國也不要看笑話；

早些時候，俄羅斯總統普丁承諾，可能報復西方國家新的制裁；

不幸的是，普丁提醒美國總統OBAMA，一個悲劇在烏克蘭東部民航機被SA-11機動地對空飛彈系統打下來！

由於，MH17民航機災難可能加速莫斯科與華盛頓之間的緊張關係；

這危險是歷史與文化的威脅！

其實，制裁是導火線，總是引惹以牙還牙的歷史仇恨！

就總體來說，莫斯科仍然是具有合理的建設性作用在全球；

舉例來說，克里米亞的妥協，能夠達成一項全面協議，這是範本！

雖然，MH17民航機擊落，可能會導致制裁和對俄羅斯政府採取外交與法律作戰行動，

更重要的是，古老的歷史與文化可能崩解整件事情；

現在，讓人擔心的是MH17民航機災難，可能重創美俄關係；

特別是，恐怖攻擊，如果，俄羅斯是共犯，那事情會大條！

制裁是歷史與文化的諷刺；

我的結論是，還不如攜手俄羅斯，反擊恐怖主義與極端主義，顛覆歷史與文化所愛玩的做法！

Crimea crisis,now,has been seriously impacted relationship between the U.S.and the Russia.In particular,since followed age-old of sanction.
The Russia's president Putin might be poised to reciprocate against by ridiculous sanction,and absolutely,the China had not better to make ridicule.
Earlier, Russia's president Putin might be promised to reciprocate against Western Countries for new sanctions ; unfortunately,Putin has alerted a tragedy with the U.S.president Obama : aerobus was shot down by SA-11  maneuvered surface to air missile system,over Eastern Ukraine.
The tensions between Moscow and Washington,will be sped up by MH17 aerobus disaster.
This risk doing the threatening is history and culture.
Indeed,sanction is a blasting fuse,which has always fired off tit-for-tat with historical abhorrence.
But overall, Moscow has remined to be a reasonably constructive in the rest of world ; for example such as Crimea's compromise could be working to conclude a comprehensive agreement which is a painting.
While the shooting down of MH17 aerobus could result in sanctions and the diplomatic,legal war-fighting action against the Russian government ; is more important that age-old of history and culture will disintegrate the whole thing.
Now,it is worried that the MH17 aerobus disaster and its would be inflict serious harm on U.S.-Russian relations,in particular,terrific attack.
If there was Russian complicity in it, that makes thing even worse.
The sanctions are being lashed by history and culture,so my conclude Russia will well work together to counterattack terrorism and extremism,and tosubvert what history and culture see as enjoying playing practices.
