Indeed,history and culture are not partners,absolutely,of course, unavoidable dying and war.
Actually,in the fight against across the history and culture,ending of history can provide its partners many help.
For instance,supports economic,forced,and intelligent aids to partners,and in extreme cases,training to counterattack adversary.
This is not related to history and culture.
After more than a decade of historical lessons and experiences in which the R.O.C.served in model of openness with uncompromising,a approach in countertattack communism with ideological insurgents.
This is history.
Now, with the global change,though not,we are not pals,but we the Taiwanese must think we own a Nation.
In particular,the President emphasized "I am goof guy",rather than "bad guy of history and culture".
This emphasizing is to strike a balance between facing risk and action.For instance,"good guy" of the President emphasized "partner remains is the national governments.
After all,this will remain to have even stronger power to counterattack National insurgencies,in which,in order to help make National militaries more efficient, intensify National economy,and push National political system reform.
all of which, in Ending of history,will weaken the insurgencies.
Unfortunately,there is a vulnerability in 台灣窮小子 this strategic deployment : "this guy" is not good guy,who is enjoying "bad guy" of history and culture ; so Ending of history is to create "COOL WOMAN" strategy,as 蔡英文.
Quite often, "bad guy" of history and culture are themselves seriously vulnerability: corrupt and repressive.
And even worse,their problems are fundamental to political tactical operations - no values.
In such cases,partners' assistance can help only a bit,and that is precisely the predicament with Taiwan now,
The "bad guy" of history and culture is neither random,and nor insurgency is random.
The "bad guy" of history and culture not only because of National governments,but since their feeling out-of-sorts and ideologies.
In particular,"bad guy" of history and culture are enjoying discriminations and rejections.
Similarly,whichever defined by groups,geography or ethnicity ; this guy is shut others out ; and depend on corruption to reward his supporters,and ask for their loyalty by loyalty.
In other words,this guy is a gold mine,who keeps "bad guy" of history and culture.
As 台灣窮小子's "COOL WOMAN" strategy is calling for an ending of history ; and for transparency in government ; and pushing military reform,that we are more likely to counterattack history-culture violence extremism and terrorism.
Historically, Taiwanese must be skeptical of this guy to protect limited National core interests.
All of "BAD GUY" of  problems are evident in Taiwan today.
The historical facr we have seen in the face of this guy and bad gay of history and culture are corrupt.
In the end, though, such this guy and bad gay of history and culture will be likely to fail.
So,台灣窮小子's "COOL WOMAN" strategy for national forces can times prove beneficial and help Taiwanese with our partners counterattack history-culture violence extremism and terrorism.
This guy and bad gay's rhetoric cannot make we our Taiwanese aid.
We should recognize that we are choosing between "COOL WOMAN" and bad guy of history and culture.

 IN TAIWAN,THE R.O.C. HAS A OPTION-THIS GUY OR THIS HISTORY AND CULTURE.

其實，歷史與文化不是夥伴，當然，無可避免，死亡與戰爭；

實際上，在對整個歷史與文化的作戰中，終結歷史才是能夠提供許多幫助給夥伴；

舉例來說:支援經濟，武力和情報援助給夥伴，並在極端情況下，培訓以反擊敵人；

這是不相關於歷史與文化！

經過數十年的歷史經驗與教訓，中華民國以不妥協的開放模式，

其中的一個作法是反擊共產主義意識形態的叛亂份子；

這是歷史！

現在，伴隨著全球改變，儘管不是夥伴，但是，台灣人必須認為我們擁有一個國家！

特別是，總統強調自己是好傢伙，而不是壞傢伙的歷史與文化；

這種強調是，台灣人間的平衡在面對風險與作戰行動；

舉例來說，好傢伙的總統強調，夥伴才是國家與政府；

畢竟，這才有更強烈的動力，反擊國家叛亂；

特別是，動力，將有助於國家武力更有效率，強化國家經濟，與驅動國家政治系統改變；

所有這一切，自終結歷史來說，將削弱叛亂；

不幸的是，在台灣窮小子，這個策略部署的一個弱點是：

這傢伙不是好傢伙，喜歡壞傢伙的歷史與文化；

所以，終結歷史是建立酷女人策略，如，蔡英文；

很多時候，壞傢伙的歷史與文化自身存在嚴重弱點，如，腐敗與鎮壓；

更糟糕的是，他們的問題是基本的政治戰術操作－沒有價值！

在這種情況下，夥伴的幫助，僅是一點點，而這恰好是台灣當前的窘境；

壞傢伙的歷史與文化的存在不是隨機的，叛亂也不是隨機的；

壞傢伙的歷史與文化，並不是因為國家政府，而是他們的不爽和意識形態；

特別是，壞傢伙的歷史與文化喜歡歧視與排斥！

同樣地，無論是，群體，地域或種族的定義，這傢伙拒絕其他人，

依靠腐敗來獎勵支持者，並在要求保證他們的忠誠；

換句話說，這傢伙是一個金礦，以維護壞傢伙的歷史與文化！

是以，台灣窮小子的"酷女人"策略，透過終結歷史，要求政府透明度，

並驅動，軍事變革，我們就有可能反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！

自歷史來看，台灣人必須懷疑這傢伙的保護國家核心利益有限；

所有壞傢伙問題都出現在今天的台灣！

我們已經在歷史事實面前，看到這傢伙與壞傢伙的歷史與文化是腐敗的；

最終，這傢伙與壞傢伙的歷史與文化將會失敗；

所以，台灣窮小子的酷女人策略，為國家的力量可以證明是有益的；

並幫助台灣人與我們的夥伴，反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！

這傢伙與壞傢伙的花言巧語，不會給我們台灣人援助；

我們應該認識到酷女人與壞傢伙的歷史與文化之間進行選擇！
