前言:

有鑒於這類，讓人混亂的歷史與文化，或者說，它們實在是國家的累贅；

歷史與文化，甚至沒有可能，作為有戰略定義的國家策略與政策部署的參與；

當然，不可否認，使命會越來越困難，與此同時，我們也有一些共同的挑戰；

值得說的是，終結歷史將幫助與指導國家領導者選擇，讓台灣人考慮在自己的國土的參與機會；

唬爛的管理是歷史與文化的致命弱點－弱點是幾乎所有問題的核心；

歷史與文化的致命弱點總是忽略台灣人的底氣；

自台灣頭到台灣尾，中央政府必須有嚴肅性的終結歷史的改變精神來相互聯繫台灣公民的底氣；

共同面對越來越多的挑戰，而不是歷史與文化！

不單是美國，甚至，全球，都將會幫助中華民國是認真的改變；

重點是，而在那些不有利於台灣公民社會改變－頑固歷史與文化的作戰能力；

中華民國不是擁有資源豐富的國家，特別是，歷史與文化的治理不好；

台灣人的財富被歷史與文化所剝削是一個迫在眉梢的問題！

尤其是，GDP數字是謊話，並不能安撫台灣人的不爽與絕望；

歷史與文化主導的解決方案是不可取的；

他們提供的作戰能力仍然是落後的，無法反擊，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，

甚至，有組織犯罪與叛亂的挑戰能力；

是以中華民國必須終結歷史，應對挑戰，否則將面臨無關係的台灣；

此外，在未來三十年，快速成長的年輕人，將會重新定義台灣的國家戰略路線與革命性的動力成長；

是以，軌跡不穩定的歷史與文化將無法滿足他們的願望與機會！

對於中華民國在台灣，需要的是一個必須符合長期的與持續性國家承諾；

運用年輕人的機會，面對挑戰，而不是歷史與文化；

更重要的是，它必須是一個新模式國家主義的戰略指導原則；

這是國家承諾，而不僅是歷史與文化的唬爛；

有一件事是清楚的:台灣不缺少人才，也不缺少歷史與文化；

其重要性是重新建構終結歷史的合作夥伴關係！

在未來三十年，台灣必須跟上年輕人活力與多樣性，不然，將會被邊緣化；

台灣經濟安全改變在年輕人的羊群主義

台灣經濟安全的成長將是承諾，年輕人將是一個觸媒，在這個不斷轉型的國家；

雖然，其讓人擔憂的特點之一是暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的參與；

這類似乎棘手的矛盾都會產生不安全感，甚至，破壞穩定與自由的國家！

PREFACE:

Given this bewildering history and culture.or is it simply cumbersome Nation.
History and culture are even impossible to become as a meaningful strategy for National strategy and policy engagements.
Absolutely it cannot be denied that mission is becoming tougher,and but at the same time, we do have some common challenges and opportunities worth noting that Ending of history will help guide the choices National leader make Taiwanese we consider our ourselves engagement in Homeland.
"BIG WORDS" governance is history and cultrue achilles’ heel, a vulnerability that is at the core of almost all the problems.
The history and cultrue achilles’ heel has always overlooked Taiwanese emboldening,from a head of Taiwan to a a tail of Taiwan,the central government must have seriousness of Ending of history changing-spirit,in which,in order to be interconnected Taiwanese citizens's emboldening who are working together to face increasingly challenges.Rather than history and culture.
 Is not just about the U.S.,even the globe will help the R.O.C. that are serious about reform;and the focus on that are not,help Taiwan's civil society change stubborn history and culture wae-fighting capability.
The R.O.C. is not resource-rich country,particularly poorly governed history and culture,and Taiwanese property is being exploited by history and culture which unfairness is a looming problem.
Especially,title GDP is a lie which cannot appease Taiwanese feeling out-of-sort and hopelessness.
History and cultrue-led solutions are not desirable,and their capacity to provide them is still delaying,so they cannot counterattack the ability of challenges of the history-culture violence extremism and terrorism,even organized crime and insurgency.
As the R.O.C. must be Ending of history to response challenge,or face irrelevance of the Taiwan.
Moreover,Taiwan's fast-growing youth era will define Taiwan's National strategic track in the coming three decades,and become revolutionary powerful growth,so as  trajectory of instability of history and culture will not meet their aspirations and opportunities.  
For the R.O.C. is in Taiwan,we are needed that must be a long-term and maintained National commitment ; use the youth era opportunities to face challenges,rather than history and culture.
More importantly, it must be a strategic guiding principle for new model of statism ; this is National commitment ; not only "BIG WORDS" of history and culture.
For one thing is clear: Taiwan is neither lacking of a person of ability,not lacking of history and culture,and its importance is re-building Ending of history partnership.
In the coming three decads,Taiwan must keep pace with youth era dynamism and diversity,not so,will risk being sidelined.

TAIWANESE SECURITY YOUTH ERA FOR A CHANGE IN FLOCK DOCTRINE?

Taiwan's economic security growth will be commited youth era a catalyst in this continued transformation of Nation.
Although one of its most worrisome features is engagement of history-culture violence extremism and terrorism.
This is seemingly intractable conflicts can bring about insecurity even destroy stable and free Nation.
