中東世界新衝擊與ISIS

New black Islamic country flag assault waves in Middle East.
Indeed,in one sense,ISIS is an assult of the new Middle East ,rather than Al Qaeda.Although,ISIS named rectification itself Islamic Country,and in addition to assert a new caliphate in Mosul.
As new impact of ISIS have added a new element from Iraq and Syria,rather than original terrorist organization.
It threatened not only in Iraq,meanwhile,it also jointing control over Syria,in particular,its successes cannot be sharing its ideology,or just a winner with an apparent posture.
In spite of the US's an air attack,but no one explains that ISIS would be defeated.
Indeed,this region of the Iraq and Syria - the fundamental reason of crisis is out-of-control of nation,so radical terrorist organization can provide commitment to their populations ; finally,to build a common religious-political identity that could be the basis of religious country,even community.
In turn,normal country has collapsed in such religious-political identity,and this is not only in the Syria and Iraq,also including GAZA,Libya,even Egypt.Put simply,in the lack of central government control ; based on identity of sectarian and ethnic local forces who fill the National gap.
In other words,the failure of National governance is plagiarizing with history and culture,that make radical religious identity which uses as their different tactical models to collapse normal country.For instance,Taiwan's predicament.
But,ISIS is not a National entity - it does not have pals.Or,they have opened up new impact in the Middle East World.
ISIS does not have powerful employer,which as makes it still complicated to re-write the geopolitical map of the Middle East World.
Put simply,but other countries are just supporting ISIS's political fights which increase their own power ; balance rivals ; and drives the age-old of ideological agendas.
In other words.ISIS has not become stronger power that it is because it has a ghost behind it.
Indeed,it recruits broadly, ISIS is very success attracting jihadists and sympathizers to join it in the Middle East and Worldwide.
One of its great superiority is that it is not the superpower,or it is a good organization,but is also a weakness-they are too independence.
As American air power attack and intelligence operation remain certainly have a role,and the focus on that we are to maintain the anti-ISIS partnership.
That means engagement and support with American pals,who are to get its act together.

In short,none of this is easy,it is a much simpler tactical mission then we do having to deal with a consolidated ISIS at the anti-ISIS partnership.

新黑色回教國國旗衝擊在中東；

其實，自某種定義來說，ISIS是中東世界新衝擊，而不是蓋達；

雖然，ISIS正名伊斯蘭國家，並且，宣布，新哈里發在摩蘇爾；

是以，ISIS新衝擊是新加入來自伊拉克和敘利亞的元素；

而不是原來的恐怖組織！

它，威脅不僅在伊拉克，同時，也聯合敘利亞的控制權；

特別是，它的成功不會分享意識形態，或是明顯的戰勝者姿態！

即使美國的空襲，但沒有人說明，ISIS將會被打敗；

其實，在伊拉克和敘利亞這個領域內，危機的基本理由是國家失靈；

所以，極端恐怖組織能夠向該國民眾提供承諾；

最後建立一個共同的宗教政治認同，或是宗教國家，甚至，共同體的基礎！

另言之，正常國家瓦解在這類宗教政治認同；

這不僅在敘利亞和伊拉克，也包括，迦薩，利比亞，甚至，埃及；

簡單來說，缺乏中央政府的掌握，基於宗派與種族身份的在地勢力，填補國家空白！

換句話說，國家治理失敗在抄襲歷史與文化讓極端宗教政治認同；

以各自不同的戰術模式，瓦解正常國家，舉例來說，台灣窘境！

不過，ISIS不是一個國家實體-它沒有夥伴，或僅是開闢，新衝擊在中東世界；

ISIS沒有強有力的贊助者；

是以，它還是很困難地改寫中東世界的地緣政治地圖！

簡單來說，其他國家僅是支持ISIS政治鬥爭，以增加它們的力量；

平衡對手，並驅動古老的思想議程！

換句話說，ISIS還沒有成為強大的力量，那是因為它有一個鬼影的背後；

其實，廣義來說，ISIS非常成功地吸引戰者和支持者加入在中東地區和全球範圍內；

其中，巨大優勢在於它不是大國力量，或它是一個好的組織但；

也是一個弱點-太獨立！

是以，美國的空中攻擊與情報作戰還是肯定有作用；

重點是保持反擊ISIS的夥伴關係！

這意味著為支持和參與，與美國的夥伴，並取得一致性作戰行動；

總之，這一切都不是容易的；

但我們不得不面對一個統一的ISIS，反擊ISIS的夥伴關係；

一個簡單的戰術使命！
