According with Chinese Communist Party,President Xi Jinping has strengthened his leadership which used as Chinese Communist Party rule the China,rather than reality of freedom and independence of Chinese National constitution.
A one of leadership of Chinese Communist Party is insisted on Chinese National constitution by tool of Chinese National constitution,rather than National freedom and independence.
In other words,socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is under shameful history and culture.
A one of leadership is insisted on shameful history and culture.Because of Chinese Communist Party law will be more legitimate and credible.
It is not a new,indeed,National legislative independent is quite sense in the Western countries.
In addition to Mr Xi’s counterattacked anti-corruption movement ,in turn,Chinese Communist Party would focus on National judicial power which avoids shameful history and culture are involving the abuse of power infuriates citizens.
After all,China's law is notorious ridicule around the world,who have always been beholden by shameful history and culture.
So,Mr Xi will intend to make shameful history and culture themselves less charming,in other words,they would be difficult to interfere in cases.
As Chinese Communist Party may take centralisation of rule by constitution that will help explain tactical definition of Chinese National constitution.But the soul of freedom and independence of National constitution has been ignored by Chinese Communist Party.
For instance,National constitution includes protections for free speech and peoples' property, but Chinese Communist Party has rarely been taken into it.So,it has been suspiciously by thatas it should be by rights.
In short,Mr Xi is seeking with the Chinese Communist Party leadership,and what is National constitution,in particular,they instill Chinese Communist Party discipline into National constitution - they are a top banana.
Mr Xi has already becomet he most powerful Chinese President,who has elevated important speeches by Xi Jinping,that intensify his speech power.This is a historical a reminder that the China's National constitution is belong just to Mr Xi,and the Chinese Communist Party,rather than All of Chinese people.

端視偉大的中國共產黨，國家憲法僅是習近平強化他的定律；

以共產黨來管理中國，而不是真正的自由與獨立的中國國家憲法！

中國國家憲法僅是中國共產黨堅持一黨領導的工具；

而不是國家自由與獨立！

換句話說，不要臉的歷史與文化對社會主義法治的中國特色！

不要臉的歷史與文化是堅持一黨領導；

如此一來，中國共產黨的法律將更合法與可靠的！

其實，國家法律獨立是西方國家的定義，不是新鮮的事；

除了，習近平聲勢浩大的反擊腐敗行動；

另言之，中國共產黨集中國家司法權，避免不要臉的歷史與文化；

涉及濫用權力，惹惱民眾！

畢竟，中國法律是惡名昭彰的的全球笑話，誰總是受惠於不要臉的歷史與文化；

所以，習近平可能嘗試讓不要臉的歷史與文化不那麼有魅力；

換句話說，困難地干涉！

是以，中國共產黨採取，依憲治國集中化，將是有助於銓釋中國國家憲法的戰術定義；

但是，它們卻忽略國家憲法的自由與獨立精神！

舉例來說，國家憲法，包括，言論自由和民眾財產；

但中國共產黨很少考慮它，所以，被懷疑是理所當然！

總之，習近平正在尋求共產黨領導，國家憲法是什麼；

特別是，灌輸共產黨的紀律大於國家憲法！

習近平早已經成為最有力的中國領導人，引述鄧小平來強化自己的話語權；

這是一個歷史提醒：中國國家憲法屬於習近平與中國共產黨，而不是中國民眾！
