Put simply,China a maintain nuclear deterrent capability,in order to seek asuper power nuclear-deterrence strategy.
While the Chinese navy has a long way to go that it could become as a credible competitor.However,this price will be very expensive.

總體來說，在未來十年，中國將擁有一個海面與地面的潛艦攻擊能力！

雖然，中國海軍還有很長的路要走，才能夠成為一個可信賴的競爭者；
