孤獨的狼-ISIS的威脅

端視ISIS團體，早已經形成一個區域威脅；
首先，它是我們的夥伴問題，特別是，國界；
這是一個問題，大部分從那裏產生，再回到他們的母國！
孤獨的狼-ISIS恐怖行動的威脅我們的夥伴國家；
平心而論，他們是最困難找到；
因為孤獨的狼不涉入社會，所以，這是一個很艱難的問題！
激進的人揮舞黑色旗幟在敘利亞與伊拉克；
雖然，美國開始轟炸敘利亞！
揮舞黑色旗幟是一個現實問題，我認為它是恐怖思想與作品；
當然，威脅不僅是來自於ISIS，還有其他恐怖組織；
明顯地說，其他威脅仍在尋找那些恐怖模式來打擊我們與夥伴；
所以，是的，他們仍然是一個威脅！
美國一直在尋求所謂的平衡，但是，這努力似乎遭受了重大挫折；
換句話說，這是一個長期部署，而不是一個短期的轟炸；
總之，這將需要持續性的承諾與持續性的反擊！

Lone wolf - ISIS THREAT

According with the groups of ISIS have already shaped a regional threat.
First of all, it's a problem along our pals,in particular,National border.and most of people generated there come back to their own countries.
The threat of the lone wolf - ISIS terrorism on our partners' countries.
Obviously,they are most tough to find because lone wolf do not plug into society,so it is a harder problem.
Radicalized people have waved black flag in Syria, and Iraq,however,U.S. began bombing in Syria.
The issue of waving black flag is a real problem,and I think that it is terroristic thought and opus.
Of course,the threat not only comes from ISIS,in addition to other terrorist groups.
Clearly, there are other threats that are looking for those terroristic models to attack us,and our partners ; so,absolutely,they are still a threat.
The U.S. has been seeking so-called balance,but such efforts appeared to suffer a major reverse.
In other words,this is a long-term deployment,rather than a short-term bombing.
In turn,this is going to need a sustained commitment and a sustained coumterattack.
