APEC，將是習近平的外交舞台！
十一月十日，中國國家主席 習近平將在亞太經濟合作組織（APEC），歡迎全球各國領導人；
事實上，美國，俄羅斯與日本的國家領導人在北京；
不可否認，這是一個關鍵時刻-習近平先生的外交政策！
特別是，在中國習近平先生將被作為最強大的優勢，與受人尊敬的國家領導；
雖然，中國有欺負人的爭議，升級區域緊張局勢；
但是，現在，習近平似乎要緩和它！
即使中國與日本關係真的很不好，首先，尊重日本；
畢竟，日本首相安倍晉三不是一個軍國主義者！
接下來是，美國總統Barack Obama，這是第二次高峰會；
但可能是好戲，雖然，不清楚內容！
習近平先生曾經倡議新型的大國關係，但是，美國總統Barack Obama並不傾向於這個倡議；
特別是，美國的重返亞洲；
是以，重點將是氣候改變與貿，易或是在接近中國海域，多一點知會；
即使，美國總統Barack Obama，軟弱的外交政策！
最重要的是，中國國家主席 習近平的終結歷史，重返大國的夢想；
所以，全球將不得不考慮中國的國家核心利益！
然後是，俄羅斯總統普丁，雖然，長期以來中國和俄羅斯沒有互信的歷史；
但是，習近平的第一次出國就是莫斯科！
自那時以來，中國和俄羅斯簽署天然氣協議，特別是，中國支持俄羅斯的克里米亞和烏克蘭東部；
因為，依據中國國家主席 習近平的說法：沒有一個國家，能夠嘗試主導區域安全，侵害他人合法權益；
這大概是說美國！
所以，習近平的中國夢將會成功?
如果僅是在中國，總之，他一定會成功！
但是，中國已經驅動國家海洋魄力，更接近美國；
格外是，中國必須有更大的力量與意志，投入到反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；
什麼樣全球進行曲？那就是終結歷史！
不論是哪類中國夢，中國興起仍將繼續；
北京的霧意味著終結歷史，那清新的天空將會出現！

The APEC will be to President Xi Jinping’s diplomatic stage.
Chinese President Xi Jinping will welcome global leaders to Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) summit in November 10th.
In fact,the National leaders of the United States, Russia and Japan will be in the Beijing,and it is a critical moment - Mr. Xi Jinping's foreign policy.
In particular,Chinese President Xi Jinping himself at homeland as China's most powerful superiority,and respected as National leader.
While China has a bullying disputation which raises regional tensions.But now Mr.Xi Jinping seems to be easing them.
At first,respect a guest,and in spite of China’s relations with Japan have been really in a bad situation.
After all, Japan’s prime minister, Shinzo Abe is not a militarist.
In the next,it is second summit with the American president for Barack Obama,but it will be a good thing,however,essence is unclear.
Although,Mr. Xi Jinping has been advocate of a “new type of great-power relationship",but American president Mr.Barack Obama does not seem inclined to go along with this advocate.In particular,America's re-turn back in Asia,so the focus on climate change and trade.Or more communication near China's sea.
Despite of American president Barack Obama's as weak in foreign policy.
Above all,the dream of the Chinese President Xi Jinping's Ending of history and return China to great-power.So,globe will have to consider China’s National core interests.
And than,Russia's president Putin,yet,in longer team,China and Russia have a history of non-confidence,but Mr. Xi Jinping's first trip was to Moscow.
Since then China and Russia have signed natural gas deal,especially,China stands in the Russia's Crimea and eastern Ukraine.
Because of according with wording of the Chinese President Xi Jinping,"No country can attempt to dominate regional security,and break on the legitimate rights of other countries,he said.And perhaps that name America.
So,is Mr.Xi Jinping's Chinese dream succeeding?
If it is just in the China,in short,he will succeed.
But China has pushed National maritime assertiveness more near to the Unitied States.
Especially,China must have more power and will put into counterattacking history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.
And what of global parade?It is Ending of history.
No matter what kind of Chinese dream ; China’s rise will be continues.
Beijing's smog meant that Ending of history,and clear sky will be appearing.
