由於太平洋區域將是全球經濟實力，人口實力與軍事實力的核心部署；

是以任何古老的歴史與文化將崩潰後果！

特別是，海洋安全情勢將增加威脅危機與風險；

因此，它將比過去任何時刻還要困惑；

重要的是發現古老的歴史與文化是甚麼?

一個矛盾的歴史與文化論述！

歷史仇恨，資源分配與策略，需要重新再部署；

戰術上，解決緊張情勢！

端視中國國家主席習近平和首相安倍晉三的見面，這是好事；

特別是，中華人民共和國與日本，終於承認尖閣群島的主權爭議；

而不是歷史與文化！

更重要的是，對話將繼續對東中國海的穩定與安全議題；

共同預防，中華人民共和國與日本的海洋衝突！

即使，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，批評，日本首相安倍近三不願正視歷史；

但是，他願意作；
