According with the recently concluded meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) at 2014,the Beijing was on full show the China scores,and in particular,the red carpet was rolled out which goal would be announced,that China remains at the core of Asia’s economic future
In other words,China is back,and the Beijing will take back it lost its regional leadership.
In accordance with Asia-Pacific dream of Chinese President Xi Jinping who has articulated a inflated dream to put forward to achieve common development and prosperity.
In doing so, Xi said that China has the aspiration and the capability ro provide wares to the globe,even the Asia-Pacific.
In fact,having gone decades of history,and it is really without seeing a dream quite so confident and capable ; so the United States should adjust the corresponding deployments.
In turn,the U.S. policy is to own economics core in Asia, in the years to come.Because of the leadership and influence are military and economic power,indeed,and there is without territorial disputes.
For that reason,Trans-Pacific Partnership(TPP) of the U.S.is right that we should be striving hard to solidify among 12 countries in region.
To do so,and broadly,we play to the United States’ meaningful superiority and power,and foster core of U.S. foreign policy. In other words,the United States should take more poerful commitment.
Welcome rising China,but rising China needs to do that are transparent and principles-based. That is what takeaway from China's efforts.
Like that the United States is to work with Beijing to establish new mechanism,however,the Beijing is feeling out-of-sort,and unwilling to acknowledge it,they do have more of learning to do.
In that sense, no matter what both the United States and China,yet,China should have a little bit unpretentious,and intelligent about that seek new model of core interests.
The Beijing should be watchful not to kick out of Uncle ; after all,Washington will learn the Chinese influence and capability,and re-establish the global economic order.

端視最近結束的2014年亞太經合組織(APEC)會議；

北京充分展示中國成績，特別是，紅地毯的展開；

其目的可能是：中國仍然是亞洲經濟的核心與未來！

換句話說，中國回來了，北京將要拿回失去的區域領導權！

依據中國國家主席習近平的亞太夢，闡述膨脹的夢想來實現共同的發展與繁榮；

在此進程裡，習近平說：中國有意願與能力，為全球，甚至，亞太地區提供產品！

其實，幾十年的歷史來看，真的沒有一個夢是這麼有自信與有能力；

是以，美國應該調整相對應部署；

另言之，在未來的時間裡，美國的政策是擁有亞洲的經濟核心；

因為，事實上，領導力和影響力是軍事與經濟實力，沒有領土爭議！

出於這個原因，美國的跨太平洋夥伴關係(TPP)是正確的；

我們應該努力奮鬥，穩定區域內十二個國家！

要做到這一點，或廣泛地看，發揮有意義的美國優勢與實力，與發展美國核心要素的外交政策；

換句話說，美國應該採取更強力的承諾！

歡迎中國興起，但是，要求透明與原則為基礎的中國興起，這應該是中國的努力！

那麼美國與北京合作建立新機制；

即使北京不爽也不願意承認這一點，事實上，他們有很多需要學習！

在這個意義上說，不論是美國和中國，然而，中國應該有一點點的不折騰，與追尋新模式核心利益的巧思；

北京應該注意不要把叔叔踢走；

畢竟，華盛頓可能學習中國實力和影響力，並重新建立全球新經濟秩序！
