意外的低迷油價，為什麼?

In accordance with the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries which controls 40% of the world market,

but lacks of a agreement,and stabilizes the price fluctuating.

So,hard hit are the emerging oil-exporting countries which are not unanticipated.

In other words,stability of rare occasions.

Indeed,global oil prices is still stringing along decided by actual stock and demand ;

sometimes,and just by expectation.

Because demand for energy is actually related to National economic activity.

Especially,geopolitical overturns.In turn,checks stock sharply,OPEC can control global oil prices spearing.

Put simply,terroristic turmoil in the northern of Africa,Iraq,and geopolitical risk is bigger than cheerful the market.

In addition,unshakable fact,the United States is still the global biggest oil producer.

Further, increased energy supply away from fossil oil of economic activity that will lead demand to be low.

The Saudi Arabia is able to tolerate ; sacrifice for themselves ;and hopes to revive oil prices.

Eventually,and shamelessly,or says :"BIG WORDS" of history and culture are dependent on a high oil price －

to pay for expensive social welfare of countries.

"BIG WORDS" of history and culture are afraid that when cornered, they will lash out.

But Ending of history think low oir prices will make Nation to develop new science and technology for the future,

and amenable to global competitiveness and pressure,rather than "BIG WORDS" of history and culture.

UNEXPECTED DEPRESSION OIL PRICE,WHY?

依據歷史經驗來說，石油輸出國組織掌控百分之四十的世界市場；

但缺乏一類協議，平抑價格波動；

是以，新興的石油輸出國遭受波及，不是意料之外，換句話說，難得的穩定！

其實，全球油價還是跟隨實際的供給與需求，有時候，才是預期決定；

因為能源的需求是實際相關的國家經濟行動，尤其是，翻覆的地緣政治；

另言之，OPEC 增加產量，控制全球原油價格！

簡單來說，恐怖震盪北非洲，伊拉克，地緣政治風險大於市場樂觀；

另外是，無可動搖的事實－美國還是全球最大的石油生產國！

而且，越來越多的能源供應，遠離化石燃料的經濟行動，導致需求疲軟！

沙烏地阿拉伯比較能夠容忍－犧牲自己，以期恢復原油價格！

最後，打臉的是，依賴於高油價來支付昂貴的社會福利的國家；

或是說唬爛的歷史與文化！

唬爛的歷史與文化擔心，走投無路時，他們可能會幹譙！

但是，終結歷史認為，低油價將讓國家發展新科學與技術在未來；

更適合全球競爭與壓力而，不是唬爛的歷史與文化！
