利雅德摧毀全球原油價格與市場呢?

換句話說，唬爛的歷史與文化－成事不足，敗事有餘!

Logistic regulation - the emerging system of stuck history and culture.

TODAY,global oil prices have plummeted,from $115 per barrel came down to $60 per barrel ;

there is mounting evidence said that what cheaper oil prices will mean for re-integration of the stock market.

However,why oil proces plummeted ; put simply,Riyadh has not do with any action,and perhaps that breaking stuck history and culture.

In accordance with historical experience in 1977,Riyadh has started an attack for political reasons ;

in particular,Saudi-Iranian warfare.Put simply,the tactical single shown that the Saudi Arabia's predominant superiority is still over the Persian Gulf.

After all,the National oil strategic reserves power,there is no doubt that the Saudi Arabia is still as global biggest oil producer,and willing to do so.

For instance,the Saudi Arabia supplies to 9.6 million barrels everyday in 2014,

and in markets full of cheap oil,in particular,they are providing more discounts-preference to Asian customers,

and as a result,global prices has fallen 30 percent.

Indeed,Riyadh understood,that the best time to destroy market ; price would be crashed and consumer need reduced.

So,Riyadh with his government’s decision-making to start an attack on the tactical "low price",i

n particular,it will have big influence on the geopolitical situation in the Middle East.

In particular,besidec,the Iran will face this round of economic and financial pressure as faced by the global sanctions,also.

In turn,Riyadh, were no doubt smiled to see bread have increasesd in price,in Tehran.

Finally,Riyadh’s real idea,if it is in accordance with historical experiences,

and it will speed up his government to execute an austerity budget.

Especiaaly,the Saudi Arabia has intensified its belief in oil as a hegemony in the Middle East.

In other words,the Saudi Arabia and the Iran will likely continue in crisis which both the global markets.

簡單的邏輯－麻煩的歷史與文化新興體！

今天，全球原油價格暴跌，從每桶一百一十五美元降到每桶六十美元；

顯而易見地，便宜的油價可能意味股市重整！

然而，為什麼油價爆跌？

簡單來說，利雅德並沒有做任何行動，大概是打斷麻煩的歷史與文化！

依據1977年的歷史經驗來說，利雅德發難是出於政治原因，特別是，與伊朗的作戰；

簡單來說，戰術信號顯示是，波斯灣還是沙烏地阿拉伯的主導優勢，而不是伊朗！

畢竟，沙烏地阿拉伯的國家原油戰略儲備力量，毫無疑問，還是全球最大的石油生產國，並且，願意這樣做！

舉例來說，在2014年，沙烏地阿拉伯每天供應原油960萬桶，以廉價原油飽合市場；

特別是，提供亞洲客戶更大的折扣優惠，因而導致全球原油價格下跌百分之三十！

其實，利雅德明白的是，摧毀市場的最佳時機是崩潰價格，降低消費需求！

所以，利雅德與他的政府的決策，發動低價戰術，特別是，產生巨大影響力在中東地緣政治情勢！

特別是，伊朗，除了面對全球制裁，可能也將面對這一輪的財政與經濟壓力！

另言之，利雅德，毫無疑問地笑著看，麵包已經漲價了，在伊朗！

最後是，利雅德真正的想法可能是，如果，僅是依據歷史經驗來說，加速他的政府執行預算緊縮，

尤其是，強化沙烏地阿拉伯

的原油信仰才是中東的霸主地位！

換句話說，沙烏地阿拉伯與伊朗的全球市場危機，將會繼續！
