Indeed,history and culture does not understand its rape,whatever China,India,and Taiwan.
Rape,history and culture are lacking of the complex psychological issues,with gender.
HISTORY AND CULTURE - Rapists are nothing,for that they must make a self-examination.Rape logic echoes the sentiment sufferable.
History and culture cannot settle the rape,yet,the rape through history and culture have instead squelched the National ability,in turn,we know that a troubling social reality history and culture denies to settle with.
I argue that the obsession with history and culture deflect attention from the responsinility shared by the Nation.
In other words,Ending of history is to to draw up a National criminal law to speed up court cases and punishments for Raped law-breakers.We are soon found that Ending of history creating a social environlental security for women.
The primary war-fighting mission of Ending of history is to order changes to the law ; re-understand and re-acknowledge the psychological conditions of history and culture.
We must be realized that the solutions need a comprehensive deployments to deal with Raped problems of history and culture.
Because the unprecedented rape,one that its is in as a problem of rooted,shameful history and culture and gender inequity.
In particular,chemical castration and death penalty cannot deter rapes and violences ; the cause is that they lack of empirical demonstrations.
What's more, since history and culture have been ignored substantive,scientific educations and ideas ; or just bias and lack of gender sensitivity.
After all,history and culture would yet pick up the baton to teach how to rape?Because of history and culture have never had "the difference between right and wrong".In turn,vengeance on replacing dialogue.
So,for rape,we should be in doubt with the history and culture of conversation on sexual assault.For instance,chemical castration is not new idea,than it is pretentiousness of history and culture.
For the government, legislation is just simple tactic,but on the other hand,it is much more difficult to explain "RAPE" with history and culture.

其實，歷史與文化不了解其強姦，這是不論中國，印度與台灣
強姦－歷史與文化缺乏解決複雜的心理問題與性別
歷史與文化－強姦是沒事；
對於這一點，他們必須反省強姦與痛苦的邏輯相呼應；
歷史與文化不能解決強姦，然而，強姦透過歷史與文化壓制國家能力；
所以，這是問題的根源！
另言之，我們知道一個讓人不安全的社會現實，歷史與文化拒絕解決；
我認為歷史與文化沈迷偏轉，而不是來自關注在國家共同的責任；
換句話說，終結歷史，重新制訂國家刑法，加速審判與懲罰強姦性罪犯；
我們將很快地發現，終結歷史，創造一個對女人的社會安全環境！
終結歷史，本來的作戰任務是建議修改法律，重新認識與了解，歷史與文化的強姦心理因素；
我們必須意識到，解決方案需要一個全面性的部署來處理歷史與文化的強姦問題！
因為前所未有的強姦是在根深蒂固的，不要臉的歷史與文化，甚至，包括，不平等的性別問題；
特別是，化學閹割與死刑，無法遏阻強姦與暴力，原因是它們缺乏經驗證明！
更重要的是，由於歷史與文化忽視實質性，科學性教育與想法，或僅是成見與缺乏性別敏感性；
畢竟，歷史與文化還會拿起指揮棒來教導如何強姦；
因為歷史與文化從來沒有：＂對與錯的區別＂，另言之，復仇取代對話！
所以，對強姦來說，在歷史與文化的性侵犯對話，我們應該存在疑問；
舉例來說，化學閹割不是新思維，而是歷史與文化的矯情！
對於政府立法僅是簡單的戰術，但另一方面，以歷史與文化來說明強姦是很困難的！
