中東世界新衝擊與ISIS

Indeed,in one sense,ISIS is an assult of the new Middle East ,rather than Al Qaeda.
In particular,ISIS has re-marked its " Islamic State",in a while,asserted caliphate in Mosul.
In other words,by the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria have added a Islamic State(IS).
Its successes that they are not sharing its ideology,meanwhile,consolidating control power,and take new military operation ; whatever both in terms of volunteers or jointed with other teamfighting groups.
While the United States has started bombing,but ISIS has been vanquished
Indeed,the fundamental reason of this region crisis is the failure of Nation ; in turn,a political identity has been defeatedby history and culture ; in other words,there have been lacked of war-fighting capability of political identity.
History and culture collapse of normal country state authority,that country cannot control their homeland,and provide a security commitment to their people.
In other words,history and culture collapse of the central government ; as based on region and ethnic to fill the gap-area.
For instance,the Kurdish Regional Government in Iraq is in their different the model of governance,that lead the failure of National governance.
But ISIS does not have a superpower partner,does not have a customer,which makes it tougher to suit it into the geopolitical map of the Middle East,just has opened up new Middle East cold war.
But ISIShas certainly support,and none has been able to succeed to the standard that ISIS has.
Despite that ISIS has not been as the force it is because it has no a government ; yet,it has become largely collect funds.Broadly,in globally,its very success provoking jihadists and sympathizers to join it.
In other words,its superiority at the information is that ISIS it is not the foreign power ; it is a disciplined well organization,which can honestly represent itself as a guardian of their interests.
ISIS's powerful force is depended on independence,although,it is also a vulnerability,in particular,it has owned brutal anti-Shia ideology. But It has the unique war-fighting capability to unite most of people.
Eventually,that means engagement with the United States to maintain the pressure on ISIS ; especially,re-integrasted the Iraqi central government,and acknowledging Iran.However,none of this is easy, but it is a simpler mission than facing a consolidated jihadist state.

新黑色回教國國旗衝擊在中東

其實，自某種定義來說，ISIS是中東世界新衝擊，而不是蓋達；

特別是，ISIS已經正名其自身是伊斯蘭國家，同時，並在摩蘇爾宣布哈里發！

換句話說，伊斯蘭國家在伊拉克和敘利亞，增加一個伊斯蘭國家（IS）；

它的成功是不分享它的意識形態，同時，穩固控制權，並採取新的作戰；

不論是志願者，或是聯合其他的團隊作戰！

雖然，美國已經開始轟炸，但是，ISIS並沒有被擊敗！

其實，這個區域危機的基本原因是國家的失敗；

另言之，歷史與文化擊敗一個政治認同，換句話說，缺乏政治共同體的戰力！

歷史與文化瓦解一個正常國家的權威，讓國家不能夠控制自己的國土，與提供民眾一個安全承諾，最終打造一個共同的政治認同基礎！

換句話說，歷史與文化瓦解中央政府；

是以，基於宗教與種族，取代國內空白區域！

舉例來說，在伊拉克庫德地區政府，或是各自不同的管理模式，導致國家管理失敗；

不過，ISIS，沒有大國夥伴，沒有靠山，讓它很困難地進入中東的地緣政治版圖，僅是開闢一個新中東冷戰；

但是，ISIS確實引起支持，還沒有一個成功達到ISIS的標準！

即使，ISIS還不是很有力，那是因為它沒有一個政府；

雖然，很大程度上已經能夠籌募資金；

廣義上來說，在全球範圍內，它很成功刺激同情聖戰者加入！

換句話說，在宣傳的優勢是ISIS不是外國勢力；

它是一個有紀律的好組織，誠實地表示自己的利益的守護者！

ISIS的強大實力在於獨立性，雖然，它也是一個弱點；

特別是，它擁有強烈的反什葉派的思維，但是，它具有團結大多數的獨特作戰能力！

最後是，這意味著美國的參與來保持對ISIS的壓力；

尤其是，重整伊拉克中央政府與承認伊朗；

雖然這不是很容易的，但是面對一個統一的聖戰國家，美國的參與是一個簡單的使命！
