Russia has re-build missiles projection platform from Crimea into a Black Sea.
According with Russian has re-controlled the Crimean region , and re-deployed anti-air and anti-surface missile systems which could monitor targets in the Black Sea region.
In turn , Crimea has been transformed , and these weapon systems are almost including all of the Black Sea area.
Moreover , Russian intelligence ships have reportedly provided highly precise targeting information to U.S. and NATO ships in the Black Sea.
For instance , Russia's mobile ballistic missile systems - SS-26 , which this missiles are being re-directed in flight and will attack a moving target.
Although Russian surface ships are in poor repair for a long time , but they would threaten U.S. and NATO ships on the Black Sea.
In particular , for Russian part , they have deployed their own intelligence ships , which stepped up its surface ship defence in the Black Sea.
As by and large, professional deployed model and confrontational engagements are to advance interactions in the Black Sea.

俄羅斯已經重新自克里米亞半島，建立飛彈投射平台在黑海；
端視俄羅斯已經重新掌握克里米亞半島控制權，並且，重新部署，防空與防艦飛彈系統，能夠監控黑海地區的目標；
另言之，克里米亞已經轉變，這些武器系統幾乎包括黑海區域！
此外，俄羅斯的情報船，據悉，已經能夠提供，黑海美國與北約艦艇的高度精確的定位資訊；
