【如何保存中華民國的獨立，與台灣的自由與民主】

 Accoeding with 2012 of the R.O.C.'s National President election almost tore the Taiwan ; so as the next one must be diverse.

On 2012 , after of an impasse following a drastically contested presidential election ;

the KMT's presidential candidates - sitting President Ma Ying-jeou did not sharing deal to form Taiwanese Unity Government.

Crucially , President Ma Ying-jeou did not following build to a special National Affairs Conference to deal with shameful history and culture ,

and re-build confidence of Taiwanese citizens.

For this reason , Taiwan needs for such a war-fighting plan is obvious , since destructive , shameful history and culture ;

for instance , the "宇昌案" of Tsai Ing-wen.

As what this should take war-fighting action to make National Affairs Conference a reality.

In particular , just Ending of history can push country to do so , moreover , the time is running out.

The next Presidental and a member of Congress elections , currently scheduled for JUN 2016 ,

which is imperative that these elections be seen as legitimate Ending of history ,

and which is responsible for starting voting on important National Security Act , rather than the National Constitution.

Realistically , it is an opportunity to remedy institutional failures , and will give society to make the necessary changes.

Ending of history is key in need of change.

Above all else , the National confidence and commitment need to be re-integrated.

Because shameful history and culture have become disgrace and unable to lead our country , so they should be ended.

Furthermore , for the purpose of an immigrant - country pluralism , the government must be ending of history.

Aside from starting the National Affairs Conference , improving credibility ,

that we will also need redesigning the framework of the " 八部天龍" is governed.

Among other defects , the current tactical arrangement would lead to conflict under the history and culture .

The second crucial change is technical education to enable the Taiwan to own skillful - hands of Taiwanese laborers.

meanwhile , bolster the National credibility and transparency over instead of just one hustory and culture.

Such changes will also help the Taiwanese Homeland Security to prevent history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

The third crucial change is adjusting homeland areas that such will help to build fair elections in the regional elections.

In the longer term , Taiwan's mechanism itself must change.

For this reason, this must be in Ending of history.

In the end , given the 1996's missiles crisis , and 2004 electoral crises , the weakness of Taiwan's government ,

and history and culture violence extremism and terrorism ;

the R.O.C.'s freedom and independence , and Taiwan's stability and security depend on legitimate and better Ending of history.

This is the only most important National strategic deployment to support Taiwanese decades-long struggle for freedom , independence , and democracy.

Rather than , history and culture.

【HOW TO PRESERVE THE R.O.C'S INDEPENDENCE ,

AND TAIWAN'S FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY】

端視2012年，中華民國國家元首選舉幾乎撕碎台灣，是以下一個必須是不同的；

於2012年僵局後，一個競爭激烈的總統大選，國民黨總統候選人現任總統馬英九，並沒有形成台灣人團結政府！

重要的是，總統馬英九並沒有依要求，建立一個特殊的國是會議，

以解決不要臉的歷史與文化，並重建台灣人公民的互信；

正因如此，台灣需要一個顯而易見的作戰計劃；

因為是破壞性，不要臉的歷史與文化，舉例來說，蔡英文的宇昌案！

是以，這應該採取什麼作戰行動來讓國是會議成為現實，特別是，只有終結歷史，驅動國家這樣做；

另外是，時間可能不多了！

接下來的總統大選與國會議員選舉，目前預定於2016年一月；

至關重要的是這些選舉必須被看作是合法的終結歷史，負責啟動對重要的國家安全法投票，而不是國家憲法！

實際上，這是機會，終結歷史以彌補失敗的體制，並給于社會來進行必要性修正；

終結歷史－必要性關鍵改變

最重要的是，需要重整國家互信與承諾；

因為不要臉的歴史與文化已經名譽掃地，無法領導國家，所以，應該被終結！

此外，為了多元化的移民國家-台灣，政府必須終結歷史！

除了啟動特別的國是會議，提高可信度，我們需要重新設計八部天龍的管理架構；

在其他的缺點，當前的戰術配置在歷史與文化，可能是導致衝突；

舉例來說，首席參謀總長與行政院長，無論是由總統任命，而不是歷史與文化；

第二個重要的改變是技術教育，讓台灣擁有靈巧的手，台灣人勞工；

第三個重要的改變是調整國土地區，這將有助於在區域選舉，建立公平的選舉；

從長遠來看，台灣機制自身必須改變！

出於這個原因，這必須在終結歷史！

最後是，有鑑於1996年飛彈危機與2004年選舉危機；

當前台灣政府的脆弱以，及暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義；

中華民國的自由與獨立，台灣的穩定與安全，有賴於合法性與好的終結歷史！

這是為了支持台灣，長達數十年的爭取自由，獨立與民主，最重要的國家策略部署，而不是歷史與文化！
