DEAR Ms.Tsai Ing-wen

As Taiwan has been coming into a midpoint of the second decade , and the Country should continue in its seek to re-define Taiwanese wat-fighting capability while ensuring that persisting superiorities are keeping up.

Taiwan must be resolving many of complicated options to meet the hard requirements , expanding the National mission of

Ending of history , and facing stabiility , security , and development of the next three decades , in particular , beyond the threats and challenges of history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

Decisions of Ending of history make today will fundamentally establish the Country's counterattacked war-fighting ability to respond to future strategic , tactical conditions ; especially , to work closely with the United States and the Japan , since we are reliable freedom - pals.

Taking the wrong way that we will have shameful history and culture surprise , and three decades are out of luck hence.
the Ending of history of Taiwan's transformation will help define our strategic deployment both between the National and Homeland security.

First , we must be able to counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism missions , today , and in the Taiwan.

Second , we must intensify the Taiwanese flock so that they are more effective than today in achieving National political and military deployments ends throughout the next three decades of the future.

Therefore , our National prospection for the future remains in Taiwanese focus on the tactical deployement ; and Ending of history will be continuing the dramatic transformation of National power.

FOREWORD:

The R.O.C. will continue to depend upon Taiwanese to protect Taiwanese citizens , in particular , the partnership and the National core interests , since whenever and wherever history and culture cannot help our Country and the people.

The being Ending of history , started Taiwan's presence of highly capable ; and resulting the National mobilizable war-fighting ability , which prevents and counterattacks history and culture violence extremism and terrorism crises and threats.

To support the multiplicity of Ending of history , and makes the National security posture that they are unique National contributions.

As the Taiwan is little , but the importance of keeping National science and technology superiority remains ; which such must be considered a fundamental deployment of our National military superiority.

We must also invest and retain quality people of National science and technology ; to intensify their education ; and upgrade good life , in order to build the National war-fighting platforms , and forecast unconventional threats of history and culture.

We must understand that Taiwan has been sensible of future needs , and the current real requirements ; the conventional critical capabilities to achieve the National transformation and cevelopment.

In short , Ending of history starts a sensitive National re-balance , that we will still investing for the future ; and , at the same time , to ensure that our people enjoy the freedom and independence of life , so that we can meet National commitment and war-fighting actions anytime, anywhere.

親愛的蔡英文女士:

伴隨著台灣已經來到第二個十年中點，是以國家應該繼續尋求，重新定義的台灣人作戰能力，

同時，確保持續性優勢得以延續；

台灣必須解決許多困難的選項，以滿足艱難的要求；

擴大終結歷史的國家使命，以及面對未來三十年的穩定，安全與發展；

特別是，以後的暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的威脅與挑戰！

今天，我們必須作出終結歷史，自基本上建構國家應對未來的策略與戰術反擊作戰能力的決定；

尤其是，美國與日本的密切合作，因為我們是可靠的自由夥伴！

走錯路線，我們可能會有不要臉的歴史與文化驚喜，因此，"雖小"三十年！

台灣轉型，終結歷史將有助於定義我們國家的國家安全與國土安全策略部署！

首先，今天，在台灣，我們必須能夠執行反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義任務；

第二，我們必須強化台灣人羊群，讓他們，今天，在未來三十年，實現最有效的國家政治與軍事部署；

因此，我們的國家願景，未來才是台灣人關注的戰術部署；

前言:

中華民國將繼續依賴台灣來保護台灣人公民，特別是，夥伴關係與國家核心利益；

因為不論是何時何地，歷史與文化不會幫助我們的國家與民眾！

終結歷史的啟動，穩健的台灣存在，

與所產生的國家動員作戰能力來預防與反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義危機與威脅；

支持終結歷史的多樣性，與作出國家安全模式，這才是無可匹敵的國家貢獻！

雖然，台灣小，但是，再啟動國家科學與技術優勢的重要性仍然存在；

這是考量我們國家軍事優勢的基本部署！

我們還必須投資與留住國家科學與技術人才，強化他們的教育，與升級生活，

打造國家作戰平台，並預測非傳統歷史與文化威脅；

我們必須認識到，台灣已經對未來需求的覺醒與當前的實際需求；

傳統的關鍵能力來實現國家轉型與發展！

總之，終結歷史，啟動一類微妙的國家再平衡，那我們將才能投資於未來；

並且，在相同時間，以確保我們的人民享受自由與獨立的生活；
