【台灣轉型－新國家理念面對世代挑戰】

Although economic unfairnesses , Nationalism and Ethnic group tensions still remain reality of life ;

after all , we are still live in a mixed and always-changing global environment , rather than history and culture.

Especially , history and cultrue create uncertain the National , Regional and Global security environment as our Country - Taiwan cannot face the next three decades of the future.

In fact , history and cultrue lack of obvious the National mobilizable war-fighting capability and superiority , and self-sufficiency of the National influence ; in other words , history and culture cannot protect and commit increasingly significant our National core interests.

If when the President ordered counterattacks and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

When we face the challenges of instability of history and culture and the increasing threats of asymmetric extremism and terrorism , besides , we need to strengthen the new concepts of the National science and technology , in particular , we take full of new model of tactical doctrines.

Although the current deployment still remains to be able to response the National call , but , instability of history and culture and the increasing threats of asymmetric extremism and terrorism have seriously impacted the Taiwanese the model of life.

As we must find combatively for innovation in the ongoing transformation in the National political , economic , and military affairs - Ending of history , to maintain our National superiority , and to instantly respond the National mobilizable capability in the coming three decades of the future.

The men and women of Taiwanese , no one stand ready to go in damage , are among the smartest and most powerfully motivated in the country , just stubborn history and culture.

So , we must be Ending of history , and we must give them that they need stability and security of the National Environment.

Of equal significance , we must ensure our people and our families are afforded the superiority within the National and Homeland loyalty , especially , foster them as Taiwanese contribute our country.

We should deserve stability , security , equity , and rightfulness.

Today , we face many problems , we know lie ahead of such stubborn history and culture , so , we must challenge , and the men and the women of

Taiwanese , we find innovative Ending of history.

Dear Tsai Ing-wen , I say and thank you, for our continued remembrance ; Ending of history is to ensure that the Country remains capable and

ready to defend our national , and Homeland security , free and independent model of life , stable economic prosperity , anytime , anywhere.

This 【COMMON CONSENSUS FOR TAIWAN SECURITY】will show the war-fighting strategy of the decisive to the National transformation face the next three decades of thr future ;

and the 【COMMON CONSENSUS FOR TAIWAN SECURITY】is the current necessity to achieve the Nation's acceptable re - balance strategic deployment.

【TAIWAN'S TRANSFORMATION CONFRONTING THE NEW ERA CHALLENGES OF

NEW NATIONAL CONCEPT】 

雖然，經濟不公平，族群與國族主義緊張關係，依然是現實的生活；

畢竟，我們還是生活在一個複雜與不斷改變的全球環境，而不是歷史與文化！

特別是，歷史與文化，造就我們的國家－台灣無法面對未來三十年不確定的國家區域與全球安全環境；

事實上，歷史與文化，缺乏明顯的國家動員作戰能力與優勢，與自給自足的國家影響力；

換句話說，歷史與文化無法保護與承諾，越來越重要我們國家的核心利益！

如果，當總統下令，反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！

當我們面對一個越來越大的挑戰，不穩定的歷史與文化與不對稱性極端主義與恐怖主義威脅；

因此，我們需要強化新理念國家科學與技術，特別是，充分運用新模式戰術學理；

雖然，當前的部署，仍然能夠回應國家號召；

但是，不穩定與不對稱性暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義已經嚴重影響台灣人的生活模式！

是以，我們必須在國家政治經濟與軍事事務，積極地進行轉型，以發現創新思維-終結歷史，維持國家優勢，

並隨時回應在未來三十年國家動員能力！

台灣人，男人與女人，沒有人願意去傷害屬於國家最聰明與最強大的動機；

只有頑固的歷史與文化！

所以，我們必須終結歷史，必須給他們－他們需要的穩定與安全的國家環境！

同樣重要的是，我們必須確保我們的民眾與家庭，賦予國家與鄉土忠誠的維繫；

尤其是，培訓他們地科學與技術，因為台灣人為我們國家貢獻的優勢！

穩定，安全，公平與正義是我們應該得到！

今天，我們面臨許多問題，我們知道擺在眼前這類頑固的歷史與文化；

是以我們必須挑戰，我們台灣人，男人與女人，我們發現創新的終結歷史！

親愛的蔡英文，我說了，謝謝你，一直以來的記憶；

終結歷史才能確保國家，仍然有能力與備戰防衛我們的國家與國土安全，

自由與獨立的生活模式，穩定的經濟繁榮隨時隨地！

這個安全共識將說明至關重要的國家轉型作戰策略來面對未來三十年；

安全共識是當前必需的，來實現未來關鍵性國家可接受的再平衡策略部署！
