【重返冷戰－中國啟動核嚇阻部署？】

為什麼美國與台灣的蔡英文能夠培訓全球精英，而不是歷史與文化的唬爛?

According with the Global Cold War,

nuclear deterrence was recognize to be an effective deployment of defending tensions

between the freedom of countries and groups of the Communist Party.

In particular,the existence of the past of the USSR.

Put simply，Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD),

the groups of the Communist Party own sizable nuclear forces to counterattack the freedom of countries.

The nuclear deterrence of core response option is a nuclear triad , which is having ground-, air- and sea-based nuclear strike

capabilities,especially,this consists of having a second strike capability.

For instance,submarines mobile multiple-warhead with nuclear ballistic,and land-based launch platforms , which these are critical to a second

strike capability,since they are tough to find and stratgic target.

For instance,the Chinese Navy's nuclear-powered ballistic submarine would have deployed the capability of nuclear deterrence.

If true, this shows that China has owned a second strike capability.

Due to the "BIG WORDS" of history and culture surrounding China’s military ;

it is impossible to verify whether China is actually owned a second strike capability.

However, we have to consider China today that they are on strategic deterrence.

If this will be to be the fact,it will show a new development for China's nuclear deterrence strategy.

Nonetheless,a part of the reason for this,or is to what China calls policy of no first use nuclear force ;

in turn,China will not be the first to use nuclear weapons , but will use them only in retaliation for hostile nuclear attacks.

Another reason is that new confidence given by Beijing to Chinese naval commanders.

Ironically, today’s situation is that China was desperately attempting to re-turn back into the Global Cold War,

and in order to deter the Russia and the United States form "BIG WORDS" of history and culture.

How does that saying go again?

"BIG WORDS" of history and culture will not be unable to endure an ordeal , but it does usually defeated.

端視全球冷戰時代，核嚇阻是被認識，防衛自由國家與共產黨陣營之間的緊張關係的有效部署，

特別是，前蘇聯的存在！

簡單來說，相互確保毀滅 (MAD),共產黨陣營擁有相當規模核武來反擊自由國家；

核嚇阻核心反擊選項是一類核三角－地面，空中，與和海面核子打擊能力；

特別是，這是有二次反擊能力！

舉例來說，潛艦，裝備多彈頭彈道飛彈與機動陸地發射載具，這是至關重要第二次打擊能力；

因為它們是很困難地被發現的策略目標！

舉例來說，中國海軍核動力彈道飛彈潛艦可能已經部署核嚇阻能力？

如果是真的，那說明中國已經擁有第二次打擊能力；

然而，造成這狀況的原因，或是中國所呼籲的不首先使用核武政策；

另言之，中國不會首先使用核武器，但會使用它們，僅是為了報復敵對的核攻擊；

另一個原因是，北京賦予中國海軍指揮官一個新的互信！

諷刺的是，今天的狀況是，中國拼命地嘗試重返全球冷戰時期，以嚇阻俄羅斯與美國，來自歷史與文化的唬爛？

這要怎麼說呢?歷史與文化的唬爛禁不起考驗，但它確實通常是失敗的！
