DEAR MR.PRESIDENT Tsai Ing-wen ,

Members of Congress , AND MY FELLOW TAIWANESE :

U.S. General Douglas MacArthur at the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., on May 12, 1962. ; "Duty, Honor, Country " , he said.

Taiwan , beautiful place. Have you ever been there before?

NO one could fail to be deeply moved by such a tribute as this good place , and we have loved so well , it fills us with an emotion , we cannot express.

But this is not intended to honor a Taiwan , but to symbolize a great Homeland loyalty.

End of history is the code of conduct and principle who beloved Homeland of culture and ancient descent.

For all Taiwanese eyes , it is an expression of philosophy of the National soldier.

That ROC should be integrated in Homeland loyalty with an ideal stimulate a sense of pride and humility which Taiwan will be with me always.

U.S. General Douglas MacArthur said , " Duty, Honor, Country" ~~~those holy three hollow words reverently dictate what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be.

In other words , to build courage when courage seems to fail , and to regain faith when they are your rallying power ,

in turn , to create hope when hope becomes forlorn.

Unfortunately , shamefulness of history and culture possess that eloquence , and brilliance of diction , lack of imagination , to tell Taiwanese all that the National and Homeland Definition.

Every Leftist , every demagogue , every cynic , even every pedant and every troublemaker will say a word , but a flamboyant phrase.

So I am so sorry to say that " Fuck-up" - we shaould give them to the mockery and ridicule.

Duty , Honor , and Homeland are the things we must do.

They build Taiwanese own basic character.

They teach you how to play for your fulture roles as the Nation's defense.

They make you powerful enough to brave enough to face yourself , and know you are weak when you are fear.

They teach you in honest and humble ~~~ not to become dizzy with success, nor be discouraged by failure.

To learn how to stand up in the storm , and also have compassion on shamefulness of hisotry and culture/

To master yourself before we are clean.

To learn to laugh Leftists , and never forget how to cry , too.

To reach into the future yet never neglect the past

So that you will remember the simplicity of true greatness of the Taiwan , and the meekness of "fuck-you-all" power.

台灣~~~美麗的地方，你曾經去過嗎?

沒有一個人，能不被這樣好地方，或致敬，與深深地感動;

它填補我們的感情與無法表達!

但是，這不意味是對台灣的榮譽，而是象徵一個偉大的鄉土忠誠!

終結歷史是守護傳統與文化的鄉土行為與準則;

對於所有台灣人的眼光，這是國家軍人哲學的一類表現!

中華民國應該被納入鄉土忠誠與理想，喚起謙虛，優越感，台灣將永遠與我們同在!

美國麥克阿瑟將軍說~~~責任，榮譽與國家，這三個神聖的空心名詞;

真誠地提醒，您應該是，您可以做的，與您將會是甚麼!

換句話說，當勇氣不再能夠培養勇氣;

重拾信心的時候，它將是一個重整力量，另言之，幾乎絕望，創造希望!

不幸地是，不要臉歷史與文化擁有狡辯，美麗的文辭，缺乏想像力;

無法對台灣人說明國家與鄉土定義!

每一個左蠢份子，鼓惑的政客，憤世嫉俗者，甚至老古板的學人，與麻煩製造者，

會說一個口號，一個美麗的話語;

所以，我很抱歉地說~~~笨蛋，我們應該給于嘲笑與戲弄!

責任，榮譽與鄉土，都是我們必要做的;

它們建立台灣人自己的基本性格;

它們教您們，如何扮演未來國家防衛者的角色;

當您害怕，它讓您堅強，勇敢地面對自己，並承認自我懦弱;

它們教你誠實與謙虛 - 勝不驕，敗不餒;

知道如何站起來，也會對不要臉歷史與文化給于同情;

掌握自己，我們是乾淨的;

學會笑話左蠢份子，也不要忘記怎麼哭;

面對未來，不可以忽略過去;

如此一來，您就會記得真正偉大的台灣，真正強大的幹伊娘力量!
