Taiwan's Nnaval future ~~~ blue-water be "BIG WORDS" ?

Taiwan needs navy ~~~ this concept was promoted by legendary Mr. Destiny of Mr.president of Taiwan , Tsai Ing-wen ,

and my strategic thinking has already re-integrated as the tactical foundation forNational maritime power.

The Navy takes the National status for granted ,

and meanwhile , expect and seek to to gain stability , security , and influence from maritime.

History and culture , and this is unsustainable strategic deployments for National Navy ;

so , the realities of global esperiences and lessons , history and culture are unrealistic.

The aspiration to be a National maritime , End of history is beyond Taiwan's matitime potential and industrial capability ,

and history and culture are out of reach.

In deed , when Taiwanese face a serious predicament , when deciding the future direction of the Taiwan's Navy ,

since Taiwan is undergoing a much-needed End of history.

Taiwan is capable of being political aspirations , with a green water of regional naval power.

After all , large-scale efforts of history and cultrue are just to develop a useless and an expensive Naval power.

Therefore , to re-build a Naval strategy , a capable, and sustainable Naval power is to face an unreal history and culture.

National Navy driven by Homeland pride and Ntional objective , rather than history and culture.

RE-WRITTEN NEW MARITIME DOCTRINE

A new maritime doctrine is the claim to a tradition of Taiwan's maritime nature ,

and provides maritime guidelines for the Taiwan in the future of three decades.

In particular , the Navy covers country - controlled maritime activity are dominant ;

in other words , we achieve Taiwan its maritime potential is fundamental tenets to push National economy , and militry superiority.

Taiwanese Naval doctrine must emphasizes the importance of the Maritime - Homeland , and dictates regional priorities.

In sum, the doctrine is detailed and realistic when dealing with defensive measures in the Taiwan's warer - history and culture are much less substance.

Because of Taiwan must see history and culture as a threat , especially , re - builds partnership on maritime security.

MARITIME ECONOMY AND SECURITY STRATEGY OF THE TAIWAN

Taiwan must act confidence , and an uncompromising attitude toward history and culture ,

and prevent intervention in Taiwan's internal affairs with vital security interests.

We seek strategic partnership with China , and is intended to counterattack influence of history and culture ,

and as well as develop commercial relationships in fair.

As a result , Taiwan needs a green - water navy for partnership building and a keep stability and security.

Stability and security must fulfill its even as prioritizes over economic growth.

History and culture have never has been a feature of Taiwanese Navy.

The maritime domain holds economic commitment for Taiwan , and that commitment is being fulfilled by end of history.

First , Taiwan must succeed in establishing a competitive Naval complex and to reduce its dependency on history and culture.

Renewing capable strategic deterrent Naval force is still the navy programs with immediate priority.

For instance , submarines , destroyers , and new fighter-jets , and there is , controversy surrounding the purchase ,

related to shipyard capacity , in which , demand the utmost political will as well as scientific and technological capacity ,

rather than history and culture.

Nevertheless , it is clear that Taiwanese Naval Force must be designed to green - water navy to achieve strategic purpose,

and is relative to other National security actors.

未來台灣海軍~~~藍色的唬爛

台灣需要海軍,這個理念是來自,傳說中,總統 蔡英文之真命天子所倡議;

我的戰略思維早已經重新整合成國家海洋權力的戰術基礎!

海軍取得國家地位是理所當然;

同時,期待與追尋,來自海洋穩定,安全與影響!

歷史與文化,這是國家海軍無可持續的策略部署;

全球經驗與教訓的現實表明,歷史與文化是不夠現實!

作為國家海洋願望,終結歷史驅動台灣的海洋潛力和與工業能力;

歷史與文化是不夠的!

其實,當決定台灣海軍未來方向時,也將面對嚴重的窘境;

因為台灣需要經歷,迫切需要的終結歷史!

台灣能夠擁有政治願望的選項~~~一個綠水區域海軍力量!

畢竟,大規模歷史與文化的努力,僅是開發一個無用,與很貴的海軍武力;

因此,重建海軍策略~~~

一個有能力,與可持續性海軍武力,以面對一個虛幻的歷史與文化!

國家海軍是來自鄉土驕傲與國家目標所驅動,而不是歷史與文化!

改寫新海洋學理

新海洋學理是對台灣未來三十年海洋指導原則,並提供傳統的自然海洋;

特別是,海軍涵蓋國家控制海洋活動主導地位;

換句話說,實現台灣海洋潛力是提高國家經濟,與軍事優勢的基本法則!

台灣海軍學說必須強調鄉土海洋的重要性與規定區域優先事項;

總之,在台灣海域處理防衛機制學理是現實與清楚;

歷史與文化並不重要!

因為台灣應該認為歷史與文化是一種威脅;

尤其是,重整夥伴關係的海洋安全!

台灣海洋經濟安全戰略

台灣必須建立信心,對歷史與文化採取不妥協的態度;

預防它們干涉台灣內部事務與重要的安全利益!

我們追求與中國建立戰略夥伴關係,其目的是在反擊歷史與文化的影響力,並且,發展公平的商業關係;

因此,台灣需要一支綠色海軍來建立夥伴關係,與維持穩定與安全!

穩定與安全必須放在經濟成長的前面;

歷史與文化從來不是台灣海軍的特點;

海洋對台灣有經濟承諾,終結歷史,實現這一承諾!

首先,台灣必須成功建立一個具有競爭力的海軍生命體,以降低對歷史與文化的依賴;

重新發展有能力的海軍嚇阻策略才是當前優先的海軍方案!

舉例來說,潛艦,驅逐艦與新戰鬥機,關於購買與建造能力仍然存在爭議;

這是需要最大的政治意願,科學與技術能力,而不是歷史與文化!

然而,顯然地,台灣海軍力量必須被設計成綠色海洋以實現戰略目標;

並且相對於其他國家安全行為!
