Why Taiwan needs a submarine , rather than history and culture?

According with the Navies have developed the submarines to be operated as undersea strategic deterrents force in the around world ,

or that ensure second retaliative-strike capabilities from the condition of a catastrophic on the country.

The development of the new submarines have been instituted to end so-called the milestone of history and culture ,

and in addition to get beyond early road - the focus on the new milestone of End if history.

As the submarines specifications for the Taiwan , Kaohsiung , where will not accomplish, even is entering submarines' detailed.

Although Taiwan hopes to use and build as fleet as the new submarines , but we still have to kick out of Left-wing's history and culture , this is it ,

NEW TECHNOLOGY

The Taowan lacks of technologies and systems of attacked submarine , that will not integrate and save the new design and developmental costs.

For example , the new submarine will include joystick control system , aperture and array sonar ;

in particular , array sonar is to discern the mode of adversary's submarine and locations of an undersea threat.

For example , the array sonar does not need support from the surface , and can take over slight the voices of warer , long life , and it does not need to replace it every 10-years.

For examole , the new submarine is also including the submarines combat systems , such as the new periscopes ,

the new surveillance and communications system , and the new computerized system.

For example , the antennas and mast of the new submarine ; traditionally , people needs to hide under the periscope ,

but new periscope will allow people to magnify the command and control areas , and see directly images.

台灣缺乏攻擊潛艦的技術與系統,無法整合與節省,新的設計與開發成本;
