Cyber - Security - recommendations for President Tsai's administration 

From awareness of Homeland to action of counterattacking

Tsai's administration should focus on a unprecedented and powerful concepts to win the improvements and policies we needed.

This replaination just lays out recommendations for the Tsai's administration's cyber-security policy.

In particular , establishment of a Strategic Cyber-security.

In the past 16 years , Left-wing's history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , there has been much activity , so Taiwan remains

facing threats and crises - as Tsai's administration must much for efforts to do so.

Tsai's administration must build the goals of cybersecurity strategy - to create a stability and stability of Taiwan's environment ,

and protecting Taiwanese people , personal independence and freedoms , and National security with Homeland.

The cyber-security is not only a Green.

It must determined on a new National Security Strategy to face for a very dangerous Left-wing's history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

Left-wing's history and culture violence extremism and terrorism are the creations for cyber crime , attack and spies , especially ,

destroy the National Partnership.

Since Left-wing's history and culture violence extremism and terrorism will not be completely eliminated ,

so as better cybersecurity also requires for Taiwan.

Especially , Tsai's administration remains chaos , so a lack of will of End of history.

In the next , there is far greater awareness of Left-wing's history and culture violence extremism and terrorism -

Taiwan must be better prepared.

Left-wing's history and culture violence extremism and terrorism remain omnipresent.

Changing this will not be easy.

No strategy can be made entirely protect Taiwan - and there is no End of history , means that the Taiwan will become more vulnerable.

蔡英文政府,應該針對網路安全提出強大與特殊理念;

以取得所需的改進與政策建議!

這份說明僅是提出一個建議在蔡英文政府的網路安全政策;

特別是建構網絡安全戰略!

在過去十六年中,左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義已經有許多行動;

是以台灣仍然面對威脅與危機;

是以蔡英文政府必須有更大的努力!

蔡英文政府必須建立網絡安全戰略目標~~~

創造一個穩定與安全的台灣環境;

並保護台灣人的自由與獨立,國家與鄉土安全!

網絡安全不僅是綠色;

它必須取決在新的國家安全戰略,以面對非常危險的左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義!

左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義,製造網路犯罪,攻擊,與間諜;

特別是破壞國家夥伴關係!

由於左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義不能完全消除;

是以台灣需要更好的網路安全;

尤其是,蔡英文缺乏終結歷史意志,是以仍然是混亂的!

未來,對升級左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義意識;

台灣必須做好準備!
