The Taiwan's pace of change

The war-fighting ability and superiority of the new model of Taiwanese force to recognize shameful history and culture ,

and adapt to change , and to conventional innovation within a rapidly changing the global environment ,

is unconditionally significant to war-fighting mission success.

When I reflect back on 30 years of stories , apparently , the pace of the Global military reform has already sped up.

Left-wing's history and culture focus on this , as a solider , who would have been familiar to many people ,

and to be honest, so would the strategic and tactical deployments.

Although Taiwan has cincremental changes and the dawn of the era ,

but it would have been comfortable with traditional history and culture I participated in Taiwan.

If deployments were not going as Left-wing's history and culture , Taiwan will rapidly find new leadership ,

look Taiwanese in the eye , and make the necessary reforms.

This is not the situation on current's Global environment , in fact , there have not changed dramatically in the Taiwan.

New model of science and technology are fielded faster than ever before.

Traditional examples can be found across the Taiwan.

Techniques and tactics are adapted from one deployment to the next.

and than establishing a framework that enables the National Commanders to make decisions in a timely method.

The Global environment has already changed in the the 21st century ,

if we , our Taiwanese people fail to keep pace , that we will lose the ability to compete.

Taiwan is full of the most talented men and women in the Globe - it is our responsibility to re-find the End of history and innovative

Taiwan's tradition to face challenges of the future.

We will get no freedom and independence future for what we did yesterday.

台灣改變的腳步

新模式台灣人部隊面對快速改變的全球環境;

承認不要臉歷史與文化與適應改變;

以及傳統創新的作戰能力與優勢;

對於作戰任務的成功是至關重要!

當我回憶過去三十年的故事,明顯地,全球軍事變革的腳步早已經加快!

左翼歷史與文化鮮少注意這類,作為一個戰士的經驗;

也是許多人所熟悉的實話是,策略與戰術部署也是同款的!

雖然,台灣有進一步的改變,與新世代的來臨;

但是,讓我感覺舒服的是傳統的台灣歷史與文化!

如果部署不依照左翼歷史與文化進行;

那台灣將很快發現新的領導;

瞥台灣人的眼睛,並進行必要性變革!

在當前的全球環境不是這樣,事實上,台灣並沒有甚麼改變;

新模式科學與技術的發展速度比過去任何時候還要快速!

台灣能夠找回傳統的範例!

技術與戰術,能夠自一個部署轉移到下一個部署,並進行調整;

終結歷史加速變革,與未來的戰爭速度是無可分離;

超越國家地理界線與左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義的擴散,讓衝突特性更加活躍;

它們的抄襲,加速戰爭速度,讓今天的衝突比歷史上任一時刻更快與更複雜;

在歷史的衝突中.如果有問題,那還有機會還原;

因為終結歷史,並進行調整,最終取得勝利!

中華民國也是如此!

今天,台灣從失調中恢復的作戰能力與優勢,已經消失;

戰爭的速度早已經改變;

左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義改變的特性,早讓台灣的安全環境,更加不可原諒.危險.與無可預測'

因此.台灣的進程必須終結歷史,以追上戰爭的速度!

今天,左翼暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義已經威脅到台灣,與我們的夥伴;

透過全面性審驗,我們能夠盡早發現缺點,並擬定在危機爆發前降低威脅的策略;

明確理解台灣人的作戰能力與優勢;

然後,建立一個架構,讓國家指揮官能夠即時做出回應!
