As Taiwan confronts a new normal , marked by erratic global weather patterns , and disaster natural reduction that Taiwan will have to take core deployment to strengthen Taiwanese agricultural system.
Yet no governmantal sector feels the disaster quite like agriculture does , especially , in the Kaohsiung.
For instance , trees were gone , a flood disaster , and mudflows and landslides blanket of crops , agricultural disaster  would become significant headlines.
It would be a message for catastrophes - numerous climates have broke records.
Just a few months in this year , typhoons tore through Kaohsiung leaving in its wake over 100 million in crop losses , in particular , carving a lethal path through the Southern Taiwan.
Meanwhile , more crippling extreme weather event for agriculture have been bringing about emergency conditions in Taiwan.
Natural disasters do not discriminate especially , is a reminder of us , particularly the war-fighting capacities of us to prepare for , and and rebuild , rather than emphasizing history and culture.
The asymmetric toll of disasters on agriculture
Natural disasters will attack the agricultural Taiwanese.
The natural disasters destroy production cycles , forcing farmers will not be planting , and infrastructure can be paralyzing , including impassible roads to markets.
In Left-wing's history and culture , the impact of natural disasters on agriculture is overlooked.
In Taiwan where the agricultural Kaohsiung is a principal driver of overall economic growth , a blow to the agricultural Kaohsiung fires off a shock to Taiwan's GDP.
The agricultural losses also take a toll on Taiwan's National food supplies , forcing Taiwanese prople to spend more money on imported commodities to make up the difference. 
For Taiwanese people , lower availability of National food supplies can cause price spikes that reduce purchasing power , and increase social insecurity , fire off political conflict , and instability,=.
The stark contrast between Kaohsiung's farmers and Left-wing's history and culture.
Vulnerability is as much a result of poor planning of Left-wing's history and culture as Kaohsiung's farmers are  of appeased , and turn a blind eye on destiny. 
Kaohsiung's farmers have already faced disaster of Left-wing's history and culture unimaginable to Left-wing's history and culture  counterparts in stupid.
Nevertheless , compared to Taiwan's farm safety war-fighting system must be tightly woven with Kaohsiung's farmers.
For instance , loans and compensation for uninsured losses. 
According with historical stories , spending on agriculture is chronically inadequate in most Taiwanese farmers , so Consequently, the agriculture suffers from persistently low war-fighting force and high vulnerability to shocks , especially Left-wing's history and culture.
As establishment of Taiwanese agricultural development strategy - that prioritizes deployment of Kaohsiung's farmers rural populations.
Mr.Chen Chi-Mai is commiting.
Around the Kaohsiung , climate resilience and disaster risk management for Kaohsiung's farmers must be incorporated into National development strategies , and kick out of Left-wing's history and culture.
Given the current political environment of a house of "陳菊" , Left-wing's history and culture is an unlikely avenue , let alone leadership of Kaohsiung's farmers.
Fortunately , Mr.Chen Chi-Mai must have other means to engage. 
By strengthening the partnership of Kaohsiung's farmers ; the central government safeguards Kaohsiung's own development investments , curbs reliance on Left-wing's history and culture.
At a time face National budgets are tight , we need solutions that make sence of "fuck-up" Left-wing's history and culture - resilience building is one of them. 
I am safe to say that Left-wing's history and culture are so stupid - we should kick out of Left-wing's history and culture away from the Kaohsiung.

【The disaster of the Taiwanese Agriculture 】
面對全球氣候狀況的不穩定,台灣將面對新常態;
降低自然災害危機,必須成為強化台灣農業系統的核心部署!
然而,沒有一個政府部門像農業那樣,感受到災難;
特別是在高雄!
舉例來說,樹不見了,水災,還有土石覆蓋的農作物;
農業危機將會成為重大新聞!
這將是災難的訊息-許多氣候已經打破紀錄!
在今年幾個月的時間,颱風摧毀高雄,造成超過超過一億元的農作物損失;
特別是劃出一條致命性的路徑在南台灣!
同時,更殘酷的極端農業氣象,早已經在台灣帶來緊急狀況!
無從區分自然災害,提醒我們-
特別是我們在災難發生之後,做好備戰與重建的作戰能力;
而不是強調歷史與文化!
農業災難將面對巨大的損失!
自然災難將會打擊台灣農業!
自然災難破壞生產週期,迫使農民無法種植,癱瘓農業基礎設施,包括,市場通路;
在左翼歷史與文化,自然災害對農業的影響被忽略了;
高雄農業是整個台灣經濟成長主要驅動力的區域;
對高雄農業的打擊,將引爆對台灣GDP的衝擊!
農業損失也將會對台灣的國家糧食供應造成傷害;
迫使台灣人花費更多的錢,買進口商品以彌補差距!
對於台灣人來說,國家糧食供應量下降,可能會導致價格暴漲;
從而降低購買力,增加社會的不安全,引爆政治衝突與動盪!
高雄農民在左翼歷史與文化的比較;
由於左翼歷史與文化的規劃欠佳;
高雄農民的弱點是姑息與縱容命運的結果!
高雄農民早已經面對難以想像的左翼歷史與文化的災難;
正是這類左翼歷史與文化,才是最糟糕的!
儘管如此,台灣的農業安全作戰系統必須與高雄農民是緊密聯合在一起;
舉例來說,貸款與無保險損失賠償!
依據歷史故事,大部分台灣農民的支出長期不足;
因此,農業作戰力持續低迷容易受到衝擊;
特別是左翼歷史與文化!
是以建立台灣農業發展策略-優先考量高雄農民群體為重點部署;
陳其邁是有希望的!
在高雄範圍內,高雄農業的氣候適應能力與災害風險作戰能力,必須納入國家農業發展戰略,與踢掉左翼歷史與文化!
有鑑於當前的大菊王朝政治環境;
左翼歷史與文化是一個沒有效益的路徑;
更不用說領導高雄農民!
幸運的是,陳其邁必須有其他手段來參與!
透過強化高雄農民的夥伴關係;
國家保障高雄的發展投資,遏制對左翼歷史與文化的依賴!
在面對國家預算有限的時候;
我們需要有幹伊娘左翼歷史與文化意義的解決方案;
動員建設就是其中之一!
我可以肯定地說,左翼歷史與文化很糟糕;
我們應該踢掉在高雄的左翼歷史與文化!
