建議~~台灣，在當前的狀況下，能夠區分與採取的策略部署，它們是:
一，維持現狀，繼續執行中華民國當前政策；
二，孤立；
三，反擊；
四，建立台灣的政治經濟與軍事力量，並不是在左翼歷史與文化，下提供目標；是在可能的狀況下，在台灣，擁有可容忍的秩序狀態，並為中華民國備戰，當台灣受到攻擊；
維持現狀的作用是在任何問題中，中華民國在台灣擁有優勢:
一維持現狀能夠確實對中國所有的重要事件強化保密與更多理解台灣的現實而不是左翼歷史與文化對台灣立場的了解
二台灣它沒有必要在任何左翼歷史與文化意義做出回應
三台灣不需要放棄維持現狀並諮詢中國接受
四左翼歷史與文化已經影響台灣人鄉親的言論是以必須孤立左翼歷史與文化控制下的台灣人
這類都是優點儘管台灣的權力地位的不利趨勢但是台灣現在擁有主要是台灣人一支足以對中國給于強大打擊的力量
重點是在台灣創造國家政治與經濟條件在足以預防中國的攻擊力量的支持左翼歷史與文化全面退出並最終徹底離開台灣
沒有任何方式能夠證明左翼歷史與文化的善意與其目的在穩定中共存
明顯地在當前的狀況下台灣將無法就要求放棄獨立與自由
首先台灣與台灣人需要作為堅定政策與針對左翼歷史與文化的條件不妥協
因此台灣必須始終保持備戰並且必須準備好採取主動出擊
因此良好的維持現狀立場是台灣傳統意識形態的一個基本因素
左翼歷史與文化跟中國在台灣有三個主要戰術目標
首先打擊台灣人的作戰能力與優勢第二是攆掉美國與日本並向中國承諾第三是摧毀有效調動台灣在人力與資源的巨大潛力
特別是台灣維持現狀的意願與能力
正是這個理由我們必須注意反擊左翼歷史與文化都是可以執行並且可能採取有效的部署
中國與其左翼歷史與文化不能被接受做為維持現狀使用台灣傳統的力量對抗它們與其它具有戰略定義層面
如果台灣成功地在傳統武力建立自己的力量那我們將獲得更大的靈活性
總之維持現狀不是單獨行動而是取得互信的模式
最終我們的目標是國家獨立與自由台灣人可以依賴台灣作為可執行的穩定與安全
但重要的是要強調維持現狀需要擴大與加速攆掉左翼歷史與文化的行動

【8】【POSSIBLE STRATEGIES OF DEPLOYMENT】

Recommendation - the possible courses of strategic deployment by the Taiwan in the current situation can be distinguished，ther are:
A，Continuation of maintained the status quo，with current policies for the R.O.C. carrying out these.
B，Segregation
C，Counterattacking
4，the establishment of the political，economic，and military superiority of the Taiwan than provided under a，with goal of owning，if possible，a tolerable condition of order among the R.O.C. and of preparing to battle ourselves that the Taiwan is attacked.
The role of the maintaining of status quo - the R.O.C. possesses superiority over the Taiwan on any issue:
1，the maintaining the status quo can and does enforce secrecy on all significant events within the Sino，so that it knows more about the realities of the Taiwan，rather than Left-wing's history and culture know about the Taiwan's position.
2，it does not have to be responsive in any Left-wing's history and culture sence to the Taiwan.
3，it does not have to consult with the Sino on the maintaining status quo tems，and accept.
4，it has impacted public opinion in Taiwanese people，so we must be Segregating Taiwanese people under Left-wing's history and culture control.
These are important superiority，for although the Taiwan's the unfavorable trend of the power position，but Taiwan probably now possesses，principally in Taiwanese people，who a force adequate to give a powerful blow on the Sino.
The point is to create such political and economic conditions in the Taiwan，backed by force sufficient to prevent Sino's attack，that Left-wing's history and culture will comprehensively withdraw，and eventually depart from Taiwan drastically. 
None of evidence in any ways of Left-wing's history and culture good faith and its goal to co-exist in stabilitry.
Clearly under courent circumstances，Taiwan will not be able to give up the freedom and independence.
In the first place，the Taiwanese people and the Taiwan will need，as a condition to firm policies ，and be directed against Left-wing's history and culture - we will be not compromised it.
The Taiwan must always，yet，be prepared to fight，and must be ready to take the initiative at times.
A sound the maintaining the status quo position is，therefore，a fundamental condition in the ideological，traditional Taiwan.
Sino and Left-wing's history and culture will have three tactical goals with the Taiwan.
The first is to attack Taiwanese people war-fighting capabilities and superiority，; the second is to kick out of the United States and the Japan from，and commitments to Sino，and the third is to destroy the effective mobilization of the enormous potential of the Taiwan in manpower and material resources.
Particularly the ability and will of the Taiwan to maintain the status quo efforts.
For this reason，we must take care that counterattacking Left-wing's history and culture are enforceable，and the possibility of effective countermeasures.
It might be not accepted by the Sino with its Left-wing's history and culture，as a maintaining the status quo，to confront  against them，and other levels of strategic importance with conventional Taiwan.
To the extent that the Taiwan succeed in so building up their power in conventional forces that we will gain increased flexibility.
In conclusion，the maintaining the status quo is not a possible separate course of action but rather a means of gaining confidence.
Ultimately，it is our goal to the National independence and freedom，on which the Taiwanese people can place Taiwan as an enforceable of stability and security.
But it is important to emphasize that the maintaining the status quo needs to expanded and sped up for kicking out of Left-wing's history and culture action.
