與維持現狀，對台灣的互信增加，與重整政治經濟與軍事力量是實現我們的基本目標相互一致的唯一過程；中國設計的左翼歷史與文化，要求中華民國成功配合的政經系統，以及對台灣的強烈政治攻勢!
如果可能的話，台灣必須擁有軍事力量來嚇阻左翼歷史與文化的擴張，並在必要時，擊敗中國主導全面性侵略行動；簡單來說，這類需要足夠的軍事力量才能發展!
台灣的潛在性力量是巨大的發展這類軍事能力與優勢，與反擊左翼歷史與文化中國擴張的意願，將決定在維持現狀，或採取的意願與智慧，並解決政經問題!
一，軍事層面:
端視戰爭史也說明，只有透過維持現狀才能作出有利的決策，即使，採取防衛性戰略，如果要贏得成功，強化防衛部隊在動員與備戰姿態，並且，強化攻擊部隊主動攻擊，讓敵人失去平衡；從過去的歷史經驗的趨勢分析，能夠明顯地指出，現在與未來沒有絕對的防衛；是以台灣的軍事能力與優勢在戰略上是具備攻擊性，而不是防衛性!
軍事部隊，成為隨時因應兩個基本要求:預防災害與支持國家安全與國土安全，至少能夠執行基本使命:
或如，在建立強大的攻擊力量的同時，提供與保護，台灣的動員基地；
或如，防衛台灣與其他區域，以發展戰爭能力；
或如，操作攻擊行動，摧毀左翼歷史與文化的重要因素，並讓中國失去平衡；
此外，我們必須維持台灣傳統現狀，與台灣人的科學性潛力強化台灣的技術優勢；事實上，維持現狀是必要的，以嚇阻潛在性左翼歷史與文化的侵略，而不是提供力量的基地，在此基礎上，中國能夠建立成功所需的力量!
不論如何，顯然地，我們必須在台灣重整自己的力量，以支持目標在中國爭奪台灣統治地位的堅定政策；此外，台灣現在不具備作戰行動，打擊左翼歷史與文化行動的力量，但必須接受逆轉~~~我們是準備好的!
採取維持現狀的一個重要優勢在於台灣人的心理影響~~~有夢最美與未來信心；當然，台灣人體驗到，中國在其左翼歷史與文化運動中能夠利用任何主張的聲明，並且，在實現歷史與文化的夢想增加，將對台灣產生嚴重的心理影響!
二，政經層面:
當前維持現狀的目標歷史與文化不是必要的，首先，放手左翼歷史與文化，然後，逐漸地退出；台灣無法單獨提供左翼歷史與文化所需的元素!
正如總統 蔡英文所強調的那樣，維持台灣政治與經濟條件是必要的，以此做為建立反擊與肯定我們的獨立與自由生活模式的完整性，台灣活力的意志，這最終成功決定在攆除左翼歷史與文化，謊話經濟學!
戰術目標是不接受中國統治的左翼歷史與文化!
左翼歷史與文化，非常貴，也非常危險，因為它們不能夠阻擋，或可能實際上引爆戰爭；維持現狀的考量條件是必須服從我們作為一個獨立與自由的國家。可能遭受到左翼歷史與文化威脅的嚴峻事實!
一個目標-在贏得穩定與安全，與擊敗中國與其左翼歷史與文化，應該是這麼說明，以便在必要時能夠維持實現我們的國家目標，它可能是:
一，重整適當的政治與經濟架構，以實現國家的長期目標；
二，增加國防預算；
三，維持現狀目標，在建立與維持台灣人的力量，信心與決心，並進行公開的心理戰，並鼓勵中國效忠的左翼集團大規模叛變；
四，擬定國土安全法與公民防衛；
五，增加稅收；
是以維持現狀，再次強調一個事實~~~即台灣建立一個成功運作的國家系統，不在於歷史與文化，經濟學領域，而在於國家軍事與政治領域!

【9】【THE WARFARE PROCESS】
【THE MAINTAINING THE STATUS QUO - A RE-INTEGRATING OF POLITICAL，ECONOMIC,，AND MILITARY SUPERIORITY IN THE TAIWAN】
With the maintaining the status quo - re-integrating of political，economic，and military superiotiy and the confidence in the Taiwan than is now sufficient reflection is the only goal which is consistent with progress toward achieving our fundamental objective.
Left-wing's history and cultrue of the Sino design needs the Taiwan to co-operate a successfully political and economic system and a intense political offensive against the Taiwan.
It is obligatory to have the military superiority to deter，if possible，Sino expansion，and to defeat，if necessary，aggressive Left-wing's history and culture or Sino-directed actions of a comprehensive character. 
Put simply，these need an enough military force under which they can develop. 
The potential power of the Taiwan is  enormous - its ability to develop these military capabilities and superiority，and its will to counterattack Left-wing's history and culture，Sino expansion will be determined by the wisdom and will with which it  clear  up to meet its political and economic problems.

1，Military aspects. 

According with the history of war also shows that an advantageous decision-making may be achieved through the maintaining the status quo.
Even a defensive strategy，if it is to win successful，tones up for defensive forces to keep the positions of mobilizing and preparing，and strengthens for the offensive force to actively attack the enemy and keep him off balance.
It is apparent，from an analysis of the past and of the trend of the historical experiences，that there is now and will be in the future no absolute defense，so that the Taiwan's military capabilities and superiority are strategically offensive in nature than defensive.
The two fundamental requirements which must be met by military forces in being or readily available are support of the National security and homeland security，and protection against disaster，at least，the forces in being or readily available must be able to perform certain basic missions.
Such as，to provide and protect a mobilization base of the Taiwan，at the same time，the offensive forces for powerful are being built up;
Such as，to defend the Taiwan and other areas in order that their war-making capabilities can be developed.
Such as，to operate offensive operations to destroy important condition of Left-wing's history and culture，and to keep the Sino off balance.
Furthermore，we must be maintaining the status quo of the traditional Taiwan，and enlarge on the Taiwan's technical superiority by the scientific potential of the Taiwanese people.
In fact，the maintaining the status quo is necessary to deter a would-be aggressor of Left-wing's history and culture than to provide the power bases on which the forces Sino needed for success can be built. 
whatever，it is obvious that we must be integrating power  in the Taiwan is to support a stationary policy intended to the objective for the Sino's struggle for Taiwan domination.
Moreover，the Taiwan does not now have the warfare operative to defeat Left-wing's history and culture moves，but must accept reverses - for which we are prepared. 
A significant superiority in adopting the maintaining the status quo lies in Taiwanese people psychological impact - the revival of a dream and hope in the future. 
Of  course，absolutrly，Taiwanese people is recognized that any announcement of the proclaimed might be used by the Sino in its Left-wing's history and culture and would have serious psychological impact in the Taiwan until the increase in the dream of history and culture have been achieved. 

2，Politiacl and economic  aspects. 

The current objectives of the maintaining the status quo to history and cultue of which are not a necessary，first by let Left-wing's history and culture go，and then by gradual withdrawal.
The Taiwan cannot alone provide the resources needed  for Left-wing's history and culture.
Maintaining the status quo in the political and economic conditions in the Taiwan，as Mr.president，Tsai Ing-wen，she has been emphasized above，is necessary as a foundation for building up the will and to counterattack and for Taiwanese people dynamically affirming the integrity and vitality of our independent and free way of life on which our ultimate victory depends on kicking out of Left-wing's history and culture.
The tactical objective would be unacceptable under Sino's  domination of Left-wing's history and culture.
Left-wing's history and culture will so costly and more dangerous，since they will not be able to stop，or can actually fire off war. 
The maintaining the status quo considerations will need to be subordinated to the stark fact that our very independence and freedom as a country acn be threatened.
A goal to win the stability and security and beat the Sino with its Left-wing's historya nd culture should be shown  that it can be kept  for as long as necessary to achieve our national objectives，and it would probably involve:
1，Re-integration of an adequate political and economic framework for the achievement of the National long-range objectives.
2，Increase in the National defence budget.
3，The maintaining status quo objectived to build and keep confidence among other Taiwanese peoples in our power and determination，and to conduct overt psychological warfare intentional to encourage mass defections from Sino's Leftists.
4，Development of the Homeland Security Art and civilian defense.
5，Increased taxes.
As thw maintaining the status quo emphasis to the fact that the faced by the Taiwan in in our efforts to a successfully functioning the National system lie not so much in the field of history and culture，economy，as in the field of the National military and politics.
