About the police force should be charged with the fundamental task of safeguarding social security and maintaining social stability and ensuring that protect the people live peace and work contentment.
To try to  strives to make police force powerful disciplined , also and politically reliable force.
The police force is tasked to perform guard duties and handle emergencies , also, combat terrorism and participate in and support national and city economic development.
The police force should be the combined use of manpower and acilities and technologies , also , has effectively enhanced the efficiency of guard duties and security .
The police force ensures the social security and conferences,also,escape attempts by detained suspects and imprisoned , organizes thousands of important temporary duties.
This is in cooperation with the government departments concerned.
The police force take an active part in efforts to keep local order and cracking down on organized criminal gangs.

關於,警察武力,應該是負責維護社會安全和穩定保障民眾生活和平和知足工作;
嘗試努力,使警察武力強大紀律嚴明,也是一個政治上的可靠力量;
警察武力的任務是執勤和處理突發事件;
同時,也打擊恐怖主義並參與和支持國家和城市經濟的發展;
警察武力,應該是,通過綜合運用人力和設施和技術,和有效地提高了效率和警察的職責;
警察武力,確保社會安全和有效地保障民眾的根本利益,社會穩定和法律尊嚴;堅持的指導方針和原則,處理緊急情況和採用適當的方法和策略;

馬政府不斷開放兩岸往來，卻忽略了伴隨而至的社會安全問題。
最近，中國女入侵台北豪宅賣淫震驚各界，其實南台灣最高地標—「東帝士八五大樓」，早在今年五月就遭中國女集體「攻陷」了，她們來台賣淫的管道不再是偷渡，而是「商務考察」！
台灣賣淫市場早年是「台灣妹」的天下，但因索價不低且配合態度較差，服從性高的中國女遂異軍突起，最初以偷渡、假結婚，甚至是真結婚或依親來台賣淫，近年政府大開觀光之門，中國女就藉機來台再脫團賣淫，可以說，台灣政府越開放，中國女越方便來賣淫。
除了觀光入境，「兩岸交流商務參訪」的大門一開，也馬上被利用，今年三月，高市刑大和移民署就聯手查獲不肖旅行業者幫中國女子以「商務參訪」名義來台。

「只要花人民幣三萬元，就能輕易取得各項偽變造的在職證明，及台灣企業的假邀訪函，連識字不多的中國女，都能變身成為中國的百貨公司或房地產業的ＣＥＯ，蒙混來台賣淫。」警方指出，經由該旅行社以同樣管道仲介來台賣淫的中國女，有百人以上。
今年五月廿六日，高市警方就查獲應召站藏身八五大樓內，循線逮捕中國應召女朱金鈴，進而查出，朱女今年二月隨醫藥連鎖公司以「商務考察」名義來台，隨即脫團留在台灣賣淫。朱女說，她聽中國朋友說，台灣是賺錢的天堂，短期就能撈到很多錢，想賺些錢再回中國。
政府拚命開放，但警方憂心，中國女以「商務參訪」名義來台，就是看準兩地相關證件查證不易。兩岸證件查核不易，已是國安一大漏洞，近年屢有中國女被查獲賣淫，被列管制，回中國後，很快就改名字、改嫁，換個身分，再度叩關來台。
最離譜的案例是，去年九月，移民署逮捕中國女王喜梅，她冒用台灣女子林秀玲的身分，十三年來進出兩岸廿五次，甚至還辦了美國簽證，境管人員都沒有發現，直到死者家屬到戶政事務所辦理戶籍文件時，才發現死了十三年的親人竟常常出國，警方才逮到原籍中國河南省洛陽的王喜梅。
警界人士感慨，政府只知開放，卻未搞清楚台灣現有警力、內控機制，所能負荷的工作量，他們也只能天天自嘲「補破網」。
