憑心而論,二十一世紀的國家理念,應該是應用在國家來面對,挑戰和風險,也包括,威脅;
這是一個國家目標和國家戰略發展原則;
它是一個嶄新的文化思維,進而發展,一個價值行為和生活模式;
所以,目標應該是建立在國家和民眾之間,也包括,在國際環境下國家的和平持續;
同時,目標的改革,讓國家達到適應一個新的環境和活動;
目標是讓國家的能力有效率地來回應發展;
這是相當重要的過程和應該逐步發展,特別是,讓國家能夠適應新的國際社會環境.
 

The concept of the statism in the 21st century / tune two

Obviously speaking,the concept of the statism should be  used to faced and respond to the challenges and risks, including,threats .
This is a national objective and principle of national strategic.
It becomes a new the concept of culture which will be though the development of a behavior values and a way of life .
So ,that will constitute a goal  between the nations and peoples,contains,under the international environment
,the establishment of national persist peace.
At the same time,the objective of reforming that transfer the nation ownership to a new environment and activities, it should also be attained.
The goal is to provide the nation capability to efficiently respond to the ongoing developments.
 It is the most important  process and should develop progressively , in particular,transfer the nation ownership to adapt a new international environment.

應該也沒有,牽扯上歷史論述;

不可否認,土共和美國,言之有理,國家安全&國家發展是硬道理;

沒有了安全就沒有主權,是也扯不上任何國際法和歷史論述;

反向思考,蔣介石和毛澤東先生,早塵歸塵,土歸土,何必再拿出來鞭呢?

或是說,二十世紀五零年代的戰略思維,怎能再套用在二十一世紀呢?

課堂論述歸課堂論述,也真是很迷人,還是女人比較迷人!

就算是蔣介石和毛澤東先生的歷史迷人,但還是蔡英文主席最迷人!

 I do realize I myself may sound cynical about the statement and perhaps I am,actually,it will not be ask us to fight with the China and break promise with the US.

真的好熟悉 cynical /will not be ask , 不過不記得是誰說過的話語?
