因此,國家目的就是國家強大,不論是,在模式,肯定在國家行為,肯定國家共同發展聯合作戰能力,特別是,軍事和經濟力量;
國家目的領導建設一個成功運作的民主自由下的政經體系的國家;
唯有執行肯定,才能保有國家完整和基本價值;
