4,Information transfer technologies
Obviously speaking,every each technology can provide the operate of the agricultural production,in particular,these are agree with the nation and people,including,the objectives and benefits of the farmers,especially,in managing self-land.
So.the National agricultural strategy may need to be redirected and addressed to keep trade-off  balance,in particular,the land's long-term productivity.The National agricultural strategy and policy are that integrates and compromises to promise the agricultural production and keep trade-off  balance,at the same time,they can be established the technology development and operation,in addition,work together to promise the longer-term of the agricultural resource production.
It cannot denied that the National agricultural strategy are the potential plans and policies that can provide the integration
of agriculture economic policies,and including,the natural resource conservation policies;these will be the  innovative technologies to push development,even,to promise the National Agriculture of the sustainable development.
Those are opportunities to add the National benefits,at the same time,changing current policies,and purchasing for plans.
Such as,cross-compliance and the National strategic conservation reserve,and may reduce the federal government to spend;Because these address dual of conservation and commodity production of the resource objectives.
In other words,this will be the National promise that promise and encourage,even,to improved the nation and society benefits management,in addition,to provide the necessary the national leadership to execute the present and future of the National Agricultural Technologies.

甚麼是提升農業技術的優勢呢?利益在哪裡?

其實,農業經營和土地管理,能夠提供長短期的國家利益;不可否認,這不是相互排斥操作來使用;
所以,今天農業技術受益於科技,這是國家必須採用的國家農業經營;這包括,農田,牧場和林地等等;

三,地緣戰略管理
四,資訊轉換技術

夏季水果價格失序 蔡英文：政府不在意三農問題

夏季水果產銷出現問題，馬英九總統也連連下鄉瞭解情況。民進黨主席蔡英文今天(14日)表示;

水果產銷監控機制行之有年，農政單位應該認真監控、及早發現，避免水果價格下跌和農民被剝削的情況。蔡英文也批評，政府遇到水果滯銷，只會找對岸採購，這不是根本之道。

當季水果包括香蕉、木瓜等都出現產地價格與消費地價格差距大的情形，朝野都很關心。民進黨主席蔡英文14日也幫忙促銷香蕉。

蔡英文表示，農產品產銷監控機制一直都有運作，但是農政單位不認真，沒有及早發現，分散生產季，才會造成生產過剩；蔡英文說，政府對「三農問題」漫不經心，她感到很失望。她說：『(原音)我們的農民朋友過幾天要走上街頭，前階段他們訴求的是大埔跟其他地方農地不合理地被徵收，這階段他們要訴求的是農產失序、價格下跌，農民收入下跌的問題，這是我們要面對的問題，我們整體農業、農村和農業，三農問題其實要嚴肅面對。』

蔡英文也說，歡迎喜歡台灣水果的人採購香蕉或木瓜，但是政府只會請對岸採購水果，政治性的採購不是解決農產品價格問題的正確方法。

蔡英文承諾，如果民進黨贏得2012大選，會強力要求農政單位嚴密監控產銷情況和農產品價格，確保產銷平衡，確保農民權益。
