However,these purposes of the Arts,which should be emphasized and instrumented the farmers and people in the confidence of the legitimacy.At the same time,help the domestic abd international trade actions.Because,these acts authorized by Congress that build a National Agriculture development plans and policies to establish standards and allow such executive of the strategic actions,especially,the official certification and accredit.
After all,the National Policies will can be influencing the National Agriculture Strategic plan,in other words,they are able to explan that the differences in the relationship among stakeholders,and use as the actual operation of the Arts and rules to face them.
So,work together to establish the new of the National Agriculture govern policies and programs,in particular,use as  mandatory funds to support in the initiative of the National Agriculture of the research and extension.It will be a terse and clear of the National Objective for the future.

因為,這是國會授權來建立一個國家農業發展計畫和政策來擬定標準和允許執行戰略行動;

格外是,正式認證和許可;
畢竟,國家政策將會影響國家農業戰略發展計畫;

換句話說,它能夠說明在不同的相關利益的個人或團體以實際操作法案和規則來面對;
所以,共同擬訂新的國家農業治理政策和計畫;
