In spite of China is still poor,also,the US is rich,it cannot denied that its shift and
challenge,from rural areas to cities to provide in prosperity that has underpinned political stability.
But the resilience of the leader is no mirage.
So,leader faces crisis management that will be pushed by leaders' reputation and confidence.

即使,中國還是很窮,美國也是很有錢;不可否認,這是轉變和挑戰,自鄉村到城市來提供繁榮,鞏固政治穩定;
這對領導者來說,應該是韌性,而不是妄想;
所以,領導者,面對危機處理,也將會加強領導者聲望和信心;
這是模式;領導者在危機前,將會上升和不斷擴大影響力;
這是簡單來對比,雖然,還不是成功的領導者;
