所以,必須在此前提下,提出國家能源戰略發展計畫來保證減少仰賴石油的運用和提升乾淨的替代能源和能源效率;
原油上漲是重大的影響;不論是哪一類人,所以,能源選擇,不僅是替代能源,也包括,核能,因為石油價格在未來仍將繼續上升;
這才是擁有多元化能源組合來保證讓國家和民眾有更安全和未來能夠運用的可利用的能源;
建構一個二十一世紀的乾淨能源經濟;仰賴科學和技術的改良和減少對石油的依賴;所以,還是要維持核能,乾淨媒,天然氣,也包括太陽能和風力;整合才是時代尖端的能源技術;
