序言:簡單來說,歴史,文化,哲學和超自然,等等;
不可否認,它們很迷人,但是,女人卡迷人,不過,蔡英文主席最迷人;

為什麼中國文化走不出去？

評論解讀中國在成為政治大國和經濟大國以後，學者反思，為什麼中國文化走不出去？文化表現為方式，文明體現著價值；而只有人類的共同價值，才最有價值。
鴉片戰爭以後，中國大量引進西方的科學、技術、思想、觀念、制度、主張，尋找自強和現代化的道路。這叫「千萬里我追尋著你」。但是，西方國家卻並沒有等量地引進我們的文化，我們的價值和價值觀。西方世界對中國的瞭解，遠不如中國之於西方。這叫「可是你卻並不在意」。結果是，我們的生活半盤西化。剪頭髮，穿西裝，用電腦，打手機，過情人節、聖誕節，送巧克力、玫瑰花。喝的是人頭馬，學的是數理化，看的是《阿凡達》，逛的是東南亞，沒有誰再之乎者也，長袍馬褂。這叫「我已經變得不再是我」。然而世界並沒有因此變得像中國，也沒有因為中國而產生文化上的巨變或質變。這叫「可是你卻依然是你」。
生活半盤西化
這未免讓人不爽，尤其是在成為政治大國和經濟大國以後。因此不能不反思，為什麼我們的文化不能走出去？為什麼我們沒能像漢代、唐代、宋代那樣，成為世界公認的「文化大國」？罵帝國主義搞文化侵略是沒有用的。沒人強迫你看好萊塢吃麥當勞穿牛仔褲，也沒人攔著你賣炸醬麵、狗不理。所以這事恐怕賴不到別人頭上，得從自身找原因。
單從心態上講，原因也許有三。首先是老惦記著年輕的時候，開口先秦諸子，閉口唐詩宋詞，卻不想想現在能提供什麼。這叫「徐娘心態」。其次是習慣於小打小鬧，今天弄個剪紙，明天弄個雜技，後天弄個太極拳，全是手工作坊式的文化交流。這叫「小農意識」。再就是生怕人家看不起，總喜歡說自己多麼光榮偉大、燦爛輝煌。站在世界舞台上，也以為是領導幹部作報告，不管說什麼，下面都得鼓掌。這叫「官僚作風」。心態決定狀態。中國文化要走向世界，顯然不能再是「孔子搖櫓，魯班弄斧，敲鑼打鼓，賣點紅薯」。除了應該有大國氣度和戰略眼光，更重要的是要想清楚：為什麼一定要成為「文化大國」或「文化強國」？做「文化小國」，就不能活？做「文化夥伴」，就沒面子？
思考文化入世
我看沒什麼不行。世界上，這樣的國家多了。我們不肯滿足於此，只能理解為一個大國的使命感與責任心。這就一要考慮「文化入世」，二要打造「文化航母」。沒有航母，難為大國；不能入世，與世隔絕。這兩件事，似乎已成為我們的當務之急。
但這裡面有問題。第一，地球上並沒有一個類似於「世貿組織」的「文化組織」，也不可能有，還不應該有，最不能全球化的就是文化。文化從來就是、也永遠會是「存異」的。積極一點，可以「對話」，可以「交流」。消極一點，則無妨「自彈自唱，自說自話」。第二，世界上也沒有類似於「市場經濟」的「文化共識」。既然沒有，則所謂「文化入世」，又從何談起？
然而不「入世」，也不行。航母是要駛向公海的。如果不能對世界文化和人類文明產生巨大影響，我們的「文化航母」，就等於是停在鄱陽湖，那只能叫「文化景觀」。
可見，文化雖然不能也不可能在組織上「入世」，但在思想上、觀念上和態度上，卻必須入，也應該入。怎麼入？與世界文明接軌。在這個問題上，我很贊成馬未都先生的一個觀點：文明求同，文化存異。也就是說，文化，還得是我們民族自己的；文明，則必須屬於全人類，也只能屬於全人類。
文化與文明，有什麼不同？說到底，文化表現為方式，文明體現著價值。任何文明的背後，都有價值觀來支撐。一個人的行為舉止，一旦違背這種價值觀，就會被視為「不文明」。比方說，以平等為價值觀，則一切歧視（包括種族歧視、性別歧視、身分歧視），就不文明。由平等的價值觀，又可以推出尊重他人的道德準則。因此，在公共場合大聲喧嘩、隨地吐痰，也不文明。至於如何實現這些價值，不同民族，不同時代，有不同的方式。比如同為尊重，舉案齊眉是一種方式，女士優先也是一種。這就是文化。
所以，文化可以存異，文明必需求同。文明求同，是因為人心相同。人同此心，心同此理。文明講的就是那個「共同之理」，即「核心價值」。中華文明，體現的是華人的共同之理；西方文明，體現的是西人的共同之理；世界文明，則應該體現人類的共同之理。中國文化要走向世界，就必須找到這個「共同之理」。
尋找共同價值
問題是，怎麼求，與誰同？
沒有價值觀支撐的文明，不是文明。這種價值觀，如果既不能是西方的（或西方說了算），也不能是中國的（或中國說了算），那就只能是人類的，是全人類的共同價值。世界上，有全人類都認同的價值和核心價值嗎？有。比方說，自由是核心價值之一，而且是全人類的。除了共同價值，還有普遍情感，比如愛。
共同價值和普遍情感體現於不同時代和民族，就產生了不同的文明。這是因為，不同時代和民族，對如何實現共同價值和普遍情感，有不同理解，也有不同探索。甚至，對於何為核心價值，也有不同看法。因此，文化必定「有異」，也必須「存異」。
文化「必定有異」，文明「難免有異」；文化「必須存異」，文明「可以存異」。這就是文明與文化的區別。所以，文化可以交流，甚至融合，但最終「存異」。文明的趨向，卻是「求同」。因為文明的背後，是核心價值；而只有人類的共同價值，才最有價值。由此可見，只要把握了全人類的共同價值，又能兼收並蓄各民族的不同文化，那就能打造出自己的「文化航母」。而且，在未來的世界文化格局中，誰最能做到「深刻把握」和「博采眾長」，誰就最有可能建造最大的「文化航母」。
打造文化航母
那麼，誰最可能，最有希望？
我們民族。第一，我們有五千年文化史，三千年文明史，而且從未中斷。我們的文化和文明，堪稱「源遠流長」，確實「博大精深」，正可「厚積薄發」。第二，中華民族，原本就是多民族的集合體。在歷史上，也曾多次接受異質文明和異族文化的輸血，比如「西學東漸」，「佛教南來」，還有所謂「五胡亂華」。中華文明內涵豐富，異彩紛呈，全因「厚德載物，有容乃大」，而且「兼收並蓄，博采眾長」。第三，在過去將近兩個世紀，主要是我們在向西方學習。卻因此我們更瞭解人類文明的全貌。綜觀全局者勝，這是我們的優勢。
剩下的問題，就是對共同價值的深刻把握。在這方面，中西方互不相讓，各自表述。西方堅持自己的觀念，並說那就是「普世價值」。我們則強調「中國特色」和「中國國情」，更看重的是「特殊性」而非「普遍性」。這就與共同價值都有距離，只不過各有遠近。但可以肯定，只有真正達成共識，我們中國人的「文化航母」，才會乘風破浪，駛向公海。那將是一個廣闊的天地，那將是一個美好的前景。
